Chapter XIV: 1st Week of The War, Yao Haa Dushi's Quest

As I ended the meeting, I then went to my Personal Library to find one of Clannad's After Stories. I then found the book that I was looking for. The title of the book was "Broken Doll: An Alternate After Story" by Magnus_Prime.

He was one of the Authors who continued Clannad after the Original Authors Suzumoto Yuuichi, Maeda Jun, Kai and Okano Touya.

Broken Doll: An Alternate After Story follows after Okazaki Nagisa, whose maiden name was Furukawa. The story line starts after 15 years of Tomoya's wife death. His daughter was Okazaki Ushio, who for the 1st 5 years was separated from his father.

Okazaki Tomoya blamed himself for his wife's death. So, he went into alcoholism and smoking. He got out of it when he visited Ushio when she was 5 years old. Then he took custody of his daughter from his late wife's parents named Furukawa Akio and Sanae.

There are also some worthy books of different After Stories of Clannad like "After Story: Selflessness" which follows Miyazawa Yukine's route in Clannad.

"Delinquent and the Songbird, The: A Nishina Rie Route" was another famous book that follows a girl named Nishina Rie. In this book, Okazaki Tomoya figures that his childhood friend Ichinose Kotomi was in the good hands with the Theater Club. Tomoya then finds himself caught up in the life of the Chorus Club made by Nishina Rie. Of course, there is a sequel of this book which was titled "After Story: Desire". It was also a good book, I would recommend reading it.

"After Story: Companionship" is a book that follows the story of Okazaki Tomoya getting close with Sagara Misae, a Dorm Mother at Hikarizaka Private High School. What starts as simple revenge of Misae against Tomoya's antics becomes an adventure that deepens the relationship between them.

Of course, there are more books like "After Story: Determination", "After Story: Reconciliation", "After Story: Compassion", and "After Story: Resolve". All of these books that I have mentioned were made by the same Author, Magnus_Prime. I must say, these books came from Cardinal Earth was great.

As I got the book, I then took a seat at the couch and started to read the chapter I was on. All I can say is good for him as he found someone who loves him so much. There are also some other girls who likes him, but he turns them down as he is not "taking" another wife.

Then there was a knock on the door.

"You may enter." I said.

Then the door opened, it was Shuna who entered inside. She brought some tea with her.

"Please pardon my intrusion Danna-sama." Said Shuna.

"Oh Shuna, please seat beside me." I then gestured her to sit on my right.

She then seated next to me. Then Shuna prepared the cups for the both of us, then poured us some tea.

"Here you go, Danna-sama." Shuna gave me the cup of tea.

"Thank you." I then said as I took a sip.

After taking a sip I then placed down the cup back to the plate, which was on the table.

"You really love that book Danna-sama." Said Shuna as she looks at the book I'm reading.

"This is not just an ordinary book, Shuna." I said to her.

"This is a book where in the Cardinal Earth will think inside this book is only fantasy. But that is not the case, these stories in this book are real." I then explained to her.

"I see." She then said as she smiled.

Shuna then took a sip of her cup of tea.

I know when Shuna approaches me like this. She wants to be spoiled. Well, she is my wife after all.
