Y/N'S POV

"How's your school, guys?" Irene started.

Gosh, she's asking and acting like a mother again.

"Honestly, we're still breathing, and the pressure never left us anyway," Momo answered as she sipped on her drink.

Irene nodded as she laid eyes on Mina, who's quietly eating right now.

Momo nudged her lightly to stop eating for a while and look at us.

"Yeah, it's been stressful these past few weeks, but there are activities that help us to be okay," she answered, smiling.

A-activities? How about the quiz bee? Isn't it stressful to review? So how does it become okay?

Or else

She's talking about the dancing.

"Ah, yes, we're both dancers," Momo said all of a sudden while waving her chopsticks cheerfully.

Cute racoon..

But a penguin is cuter to me.

"Oh, you're also a dancer?" My sister asked with amusement in her eyes.

She nodded cutely while swallowing her food.

"But the thing is, we have different styles when it comes to dancing. She's a ballerina dancer while I'm into hip-hop dance," Momo explained, making a gesture.

"Wow." Another amusement escapes her lips.

"Hope all, I don't even know if my sister can—" I elbowed her waist to cut her, making Momo and Mina burst into chuckles.

I made a 'You like me to twerk in front of you' look, but she just made a clown expression like a child.

"Wait, Irene-ssi, you know what? Your sister has a lot of fan girls everywhere, like a super star for real," Momo said proudly, which made me mentally face palm.

"She never told me about that. Geez, can you tell me what she's doing there? I'm curious." Irene is pouting.

What the actual hell.

I bet she knew a lot already since she's the number one gossiper.

I sighed and looked at Momo, giving her a 'shut up, but she gave me a wink, which made me frown.

What to do?

I glance to her side, where she's waiting for Momo to speak too.

I don't know what tea will be dropped, and I'm nervous about it.

"Y/n is.." Momo started as she glanced at me and went back to looking at others.

"Hmm?" Irene.

If this is all nonsense, I'll ban the jokbal industry for Pete's sake.

"She did nothing; she just listened to music and read some books," she stated.

"How about her love life?" Irene bluntly asked, making me stunned by surprise.

"It's nothing," I said with a cold tone and sighed.

"Shh! Don't talk. I'm not asking you." She slightly scolded me.

"I don't know if it's true, but..." She's hesitant, and I'm so confused right now.

What kind of hoax is this all about again? This is so frustrating.

"Many students said Y/N has a crush on one of the SSG Officers in school," she added seriously.

My jaw dropped as my eyes widen after I heard that hoax information from Momo. Even the two of them are taken aback.

She didn't even hesitate, as if I weren't in front of her face. The heck is this?

"It's not true," I murmured, but my sister heard it.

"Who's officer?"

She's curious, I know, but she's not believing me?

"It's really not true," I sternly said to her, but she ignored me and proceeded to listen to Momo.

"It was a Srgt. and Arms of SSG."

What the heck? I don't even remember having a crush on one of them.

"Yamaguchi Mako." Soft but clearly said, that came from Mina's lips.

Another shocking level makes my jaw drop right now.

Irene was speechless based on her expression, and I'm totally embarrassed right now because of this hoax statement.

"Wait-" I cut their thoughts. "I've never told anyone that I have a crush on someone, and about Yamaguchi Mako, we only met once because I borrowed the library's book." I explained carefully to make clarification about this.

"Wow, I didn't know I was in a relationship with other people's gossip," I added with sarcasm, smirking through the air.

"Opps, defensive," Momo teased me.

"I'm not; I'm just stating the facts here," I said with a poker face expression.

"It's still the same, Y/N. You're just too calm on defense, unlike the others, who overreact whenever they explain," she stated, wearing a smirk.

"But if I keep shutting up here, you'll think I totally agree with the false information that you're stating," I protest calmly.

Generation being like that nowadays, if you're quiet about it, it means true or you're guilty since she has a point on stating an information.

But if you protest about it, they'll think you're being too defensive and gullible about it.

That's why evidence is very important nowadays.

They will just believe you if you prove it.

Momo raised both hands, defeated.

"Alright, you won; I'm just testing you to know if it's true or not." She chuckled after that.

"I see," Irene said, smiling.

"Huh?" Momo reacts, confused.

I gulped nervously and glared at her again. She just glanced at me and looked at the two in front of me.

What with this grandma?

"I remember Y/N smiling a lot through her phone yesterday." She smirked a little before smiling innocently.

"What a miracle!" Momo said, amazed. "I've never seen her smiling whenever we're on campus; she's a totally cold person," she added, making my brows furrow.

...

Hi, I'm back! I'm sorry if you keep waiting. I have my own struggles; I almost forgot how to write again, and translating my book is one of the challenges I'm facing right now since this isn't my forte. I can't trust myself, so after I translated it on my own, I used any site to check my grammar. Feel free to correct my grammar if I'm wrong, alright? It's totally fine for me, and by the way, I'm working on Book 2. Thank you so much once again, and don't forget to vote and comment on your reaction to the chapter :)
