MINA'S POV

Momo is right. It's a miracle if you ever saw Y or N smiling.

"Then I snatched her phone and saw something suspicious," she said with a serious face, and you could feel the tension in each word.

I glanced at Y/N, who keeps sending a glare at her sister, which I've really found cute.

"What suspicious are you talking about, Irene-ssi?" Momo asked out of curiosity, not being excited at all.

As Irene gave Y/N a teasing smile, she continued to tell her story. "There's a message." She paused for a second and continued. "And it made her smile that time."

"M-message?" I murmured, but Y/N heard it, taking some glances at me without knowing it.

"For sure, it was such a sweet and heart-fluttering message," Momo said with giggles. "But the question is, who sent the message?" She added.

Isn't it an uncomfortable topic since Y/N is here?

They're totally different, as far as I can tell. Her sister seems annoying and crazy, unlike her, who is annoying but quietly intimidating.

Irene was about to speak when Y/N cut it off by speaking too.

"Mina," she bluntly said, looking at me.

It made our jaws drop in unison as I froze and looked at her confused; her cheeks became reddish.

"R-REALLY?" Momo gasped in surprise.

Misunderstood right?

But Y/N maintains her poker face expression toward me, and all I can do is look down, playing my fingers all along. I don't want to show her how red I am right now.

"IT'S M-MINA?" Momo stutters. "DID SHE MADE YOU SMILE THIS TIME, Y/N?" she continued to ask.

I mentally face-palmed at how chaotic we are right now.

THIRD PERSON POV

Suddenly, the silence surrounds the four and makes them stop breathing right now, losing oxygen in their sudden reaction, except for Y/N, who's also shocked by what she said but managed to express it like it was nothing.

"Yah, I'm just calling her," she said calmly, but these two latter smirked at her, making her face palmed mentally.

"Irene-ssi, Hirai, we have to go. We need to review for the upcoming quiz bee." Ignoring their faces reactions, she grabbed the penguin's right hand and went out of the restaurant.

Mina was surprised, of course, by her sudden action, making her dumbfounded looking at their hands being touched.

This is the moment where the world slows down, as if everything around them is in slow motion, and only the beating of their hearts can be heard due to the intense pounding in their chests.

Cringe.

But Y/N chose to ignore it.

This is for the first time in century tuna that Y/n hold her with warmness, making Mina feel safe.

Even Y/n didn't know why she do that to the latter. It feels embarrassed to her since she's holding the hand if her one and only rival.

But the warmth she feels right now, it feels comfortable and don't want to let it go. She wants to stay forever, like this.

And it was a very rare feeling that for the first time in Argentina Corn Beef, she feels something weird that can't explain, even the science theory can't.
