Alana POV

We head down the gloomy hallway to the just as gloomy stairwell.

" You guys need better interior design." I muttered gabbing Nico.

" Shut up. " He growls

" Why? " I tease leaning against him.

" STOP!!! Your gonna make me fall!! " He pushed me away.

I chuckle as we head downstairs.

Nico leads me to the kitchen where zombies were preparing food.

"Uh... Is this food safe to eat?"
I wonder looking at Nico.

"Of course it is why wouldn't it be?" He snorts grabbing a plate.

"Because." I say simply while grabbing a plate with strawberries on it.

"Come on stop insulting the palace."

"... I'll stop once you get better decor. And chef's."

Nico sighs and leads me to the dining room.

"Good morning you two how'd you sleep?" Hades asks.

"Fine." I reply sitting down.

"Ok." Nico says sitting next to his dad.

An awkward silence filled the room.

"So uh... What's the plan?" Hades asks breaking the silence.

"Well we have to contact Chiron to find out how's the ship coming along and how Hazel doing with locating the doors... Then I guess we head down." Nico says plainly.

"I still don't get why you have to go...."

"Neither do I but I know I have to."

"..." Hades sighs. "Alana do you want a tour of the palace?" He than asks suddenly.

"Sure." I shrug.

"After breakfast. Nico can show you around." Hades says nodding his head.

" Why cant you do it? " Nico complains.

" Because I am a busy god I don't have time to show her aroung. But you have time to show her around."

Nico sighs.

" So let's contact Chiron." Nico says stopping by fountain.

"Cool."

Nico pulls out a golden coin. Than he pulls out a light and a prism . With those objects he created a rainbow.

" That looks so out of place. " I mutter than ask. " Why do you need it? "

" Iris messaging Iris is the messenger of the gods and if she's not busy she'll carry a message for demigods. " Than he tosses his coin into the rainbow. " Oh, Iris goddes of the rainbow accept my offering and show my Chiron for Camp half blood. "

The rainbow shimmered and like a screen showed Chiron at Archery.

"Children!" He greets. "What's the status?"

"We're in the underworld." Nico says. "How's the ship coming along?"

"Slowly.... We've had some troubles but I think you guys can leave tomorrow."

"And Hazel has she figured out a way to locate the doors?" I ask

"..." Chiron looks nervous. "Do you want the bad news or the good news?"

" Bad news." We say.

" No she has not but Annabeth guess they'll be in the same place as before. "

" I doubt that but it's worth a shot I'll ask my dad to give Hazel guidance with locating them though. "

" Ok good luck you two I think you shouldn't call tomorrow but just head down. "

" Why? " I say bewildered.

" Because I think. " He looks around before saying. "I think we have a spy "

I gasp and Nico's face darkens.

"Ok well do what you said."

Chiron nodded and waved his hand across the rainbow.

I shudder. "A spy..."

"Who ever it is their working with who's trying to get us down there."

I sigh, this complicates things "So what are we gonna do?"

Nico thinks about it. "Well... we going to have to put our trust in the Argo III."

I sigh again "Ok"
