Now they were both panicking, in which Hobie shouldn't be the one panicking in this moment but he very much is.
"Alright..ah fuck E, try to relax okay?" He tried to calm her down noticing her panic, he grabbed both of her hands gently.
"Think of something that'll relax you, something that makes you calm or happy."
What made her happy? I mean, she loved music. Food made her happy. Oh no dude she loved quesadillas, like those were bomb. Dipped in green salsa too, that was great. But as she looked up at him, she realized he was the one who made her calmer. I mean, other stuff did too, but at this moment it was him anyways.
The pill bottle dropped onto the floor instantly, but the blood necessarily didn't stop dripping.
"Maybe let's not crush glass cups aye?" He furrowed his eyebrows as she made him sit on her bed.
"Stay here, I'll go see if there's any bandages in the bathroom." She told him as she headed into her bathroom.
From what he basically rounded up in his head, a spider also bit her. But she didn't know that he was spider-punk. Wait, does she know?
"I found a first aid kit at the bottom by the sink, I think this should do the trick." She told him as she sat on her bed right next to him.
"I'll do it, you need to tell me how you got bit." He opened the kit and grabbed the alcohol packets and bandages.
"Bit?" She asked, few seconds after, she remembered about the spider.
"No fucking way..it was that spider under the desk." She raised her voice but lowered it as she was making a huge commotion.
"Where?"
"Physics."
"And you didn't think to tell me?" Hobie began to wrap her hand with the white bandage.
"I didn't think much of it, it was just a normal bloody spider." She shrugged as she watched him finish wrapping up her hand.
"Let your boy know next time yeah?"
"Next time I get bit by another spider?" She played it off.
"You know what I mean." He chuckled as he closed the kit. But only then, he felt another presence coming closer.
"Oh shit, hide hide hide !" She scurried and pushed him off the bed as the door knob began to turn.
There was only thing he could do.
He shot out his spider web and stuck to the ceiling. He wasn't able to be seen because he was behind the door.
What is happening.
Her Father stood as the entrance of her door, looking around the room. "What are you doing up at this time?" He asked her as she looked at Hobie with a shocked expression, Hobie pointing at her dad, snapping her back to the question.
"What are you doing up this time dad?"
"I ask the questions here, but if you must know, I was about to head to my room——hey, why do you have the first aid kit?" He leaned off the door frame.
"I got a paper cut." She lied.
"You need that many bandage's for a paper cut?" He questioned.
"It looks cool." She shrugged as she handed him the first aid kit. "It makes me feel..cool?"
What?
"Not bad kid." He laughed, "just let me know if you need anything." He told her as he made his way outside into the hallway.
"I would've but I could hear your snoring from here." She chuckled.
"I do not snore, that was the television."
"Yeah, goodnight dad." She shook her head as she made her way to close the door.
She shut the door and quickly jumped onto the bed and faced him. Him hopping from the ceiling, which made no sense since it's the ceiling but the point was made.
"How the fuck did you do that?" She asked, having so many questions, she laid down.
"Eliza, I also got bit by a spider." He confessed as he made his way to lay down next to her.
"The same spider?"
"Different one." "E, you should know if you don't know this already, I'm the one who's the spider-punk or whatever they say." He's not much of fanatic for that name.
"You're SPIDER-PUNK?!" She practically yelled as he hurried and cover her mouth with his hand.
"Shh." He removed his hand slowly.
"Shit, your so..cool." "Wait you can do all of that?" She asked him as he thought she would have different opinions on spider-punk.
"Mhm, you probably can too, it just takes time to get used too." He muttered as he closed his eyes, processing everything that had just happened.
"You're sleeping over, there's no way I'm letting you go like that." She commented as she made her way under the sheets of her bed. She had so many questions but those were for tomorrow, or technically later today.
"I'll uh, sleep on the floor." Taken by surprise, he made his way off the bed.
"We're sharing my bed, you sleep on the other side, we'll be fine." She told him as she rolled over.
"Y'know the floor is actually-"
"Oh for heavens sake, get on the damn bed, I've known you since we were children." She shut her eyes as she heard him get up.
"Yes ma'am..wait what about your pops?"
"We can deal with it tomorrow."
"But you know, he doesn't have the exact liking for me."
"Well I like you, so it's fine." She yawned as he smiled.
Platonically of course.
-I always seem to write theses at one am, I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad one. MAKE SURE TO COMMENT, it feels like a ghost town 😞😞, but thank you so much for reading!! 💓💓💓
