Josh and Jocelyn awoke with the rising sun, their minds already consumed by the impending court proceedings. As they adorned themselves in their finest attire, a wave of unease washed over Jocelyn, causing her to clutch her chest in agony. Seeking solace, she retreated to the bathroom, her tears mingling with the echoes of her distress.

In the midst of this turmoil, their mother, filled with concern, inquired about Jocelyn's whereabouts. Sensing her mother's helplessness, Josh, with a tinge of exasperation, took it upon himself to search for his sister. The mother's disdain for his lack of empathy was palpable, but Josh remained resolute in his mission to find Jocelyn.

"Joc, Joc, Joc, where are you?" Josh called out, his voice echoing through the corridors of their home. Finally, he reached Jocelyn's bedroom door, gently pushing it open with trepidation. "Joc, are you in here?" he whispered, his heart heavy with worry. The sound of muffled sobs emanated from the bathroom, prompting Josh to open the door and witness Jocelyn's tear-stained face, contorted in pain.

Concern etched across his features, Josh approached his sister cautiously. "Hey, are you okay?" he asked, his voice filled with genuine care. Jocelyn, her breathing labored, could only manage a feeble response, "I... I can't breathe." Josh, his touch soothing, rubbed her back gently, offering comfort in the face of her distress. In a tender moment, he pressed a kiss upon her cheek, silently assuring her that they would face the challenges ahead together.

With a renewed sense of determination, Josh and Jocelyn emerged from the bathroom, ready to face the daunting courtroom. Jocelyn's nerves were palpable as the judge's voice reverberated through the room, her anxiety lingering even after the proceedings had concluded. Sensing her unease, Josh took it upon himself to explain their future plans, his voice filled with reassurance. "We're going to live with Dad, okay?" he said, seeking Jocelyn's affirmation.

Jocelyn, her head nodding in agreement, found solace in her brother's unwavering support. As Josh pressed a tender kiss upon her forehead, he whispered, "Come on, let's go pack." Jocelyn, her trust in her brother unshakable, followed his lead. Together, they embarked on the journey to their father's home, ready to face the challenges that awaited them.

Jocelyn was in the bathroom, sobbing because she was experiencing pain in her stomach. Upon hearing this, Josh immediately went to check on her well-being.

"Josh: Joc, can you open the door?"

Jocelyn opened the door and found her brother Josh standing there.

"Josh: Joc, what's the matter?"

Jocelyn, still in tears, replied, "My stomach hurts."

Jocelyn leaned into her brother, seeking comfort.

"You have a bellyache?" Josh asked, to which Jocelyn nodded. Josh held Jocelyn close, and she tightly wrapped her arms around Josh, not wanting to let go. Josh then brought Jocelyn to his room so they could gather their things.
