A heart that's heavy, a soul that's tired,
A mind that's restless, a spirit uninspired,
Each day feels like a struggle, a battle to survive,
But still, you keep going, you keep trying to thrive.
You put on a brave face, you smile through the pain,
You keep moving forward, even when it feels in vain,
You find strength in the little things, in the moments of peace,
In the sunrise, the sunset, the sound of the breeze.
You know that life is hard, that it's not always fair,
But you keep on going, you keep climbing that stair,
You know that eventually, the clouds will part,
And the sun will shine down, and heal your broken heart.
So keep on going, my friend, keep on fighting the fight,
And know that I'm here for you, through the darkness and the light.
