Telling the truth- Chp 9

Negan had Simon take me back to Alexandria. He dropped me off and left immediately.
"Daryl!" I walked back home as quickly as I could in my heels, "Daryl!"
I saw Daryl step onto the porch. When he saw me, he ran down to the street and over to me. He picked me up in a hug and I hugged back.

"What are you doing here?" Daryl hugged me back really happy.
"Negan let me go. He freed all his wives," I grinned.
Daryl put me down and looked confused.
"Why?" He asked.
"Well... thats what we need to talk about. I need to have a meeting with you and Rick," I told him.
"Okay," Daryl nodded.

He put an arm round me and started to direct me to the house.
"I bet you want to get changed out of that," Daryl laughed.
"Ye," I nodded.

We went to Ricks house after I got changed. It would be a surprise for him too.
"Rick!" Daryl yelled.
"Yes?!" Rick came rushing down the stairs and then saw me.
"Hi Rick," I grinned.
"Oh my god," Rick ran over to me and hugged me.
I hugged back but then told him, "We need to talk privately. All three of us."
"Okay," Rick nodded.

We went into the library. I was stood while Daryl and Rick sat.
"First off, I want you both to understand that I wouldn't come to you two if this wasn't important to me. You two are two of the three people I trust the most," I made sure they knew, "Can you both just listen and then I will tell you when you can talk?"
They both nodded and I started.

"Negan, he's changed. He let me go and the other wives go. He no longer want to take our stuff and he doesnt want to be the villain in our eyes. Hes changed. I've seen it with my own eyes. He wants to be better for us all and be better for me. Now... when I say this I want you to stay silent and not interrupt me," I told them.
Rick and Daryl nodded with confusion.

"Me and Negan are together," I admitted.

They both looked shocked. I could tell it wasn't what they were expecting. But they tried there best to stay silent.
"Negan wanted me to live with him at his compound if I said yes. I said no. I want him to he here. I dont want to leave you guys. He is willing to live here but he knows there may be a punishment. But he doesnt care because he wants to be with me. He wont hurt anyone. If he does then I will do something and I wont defend him," I finished.

I waited a few seconds and the two men in front of me stayed silent.
"You can speak," I pointed out.
"Oh!" Daryl and Rick sat forward properly.
