"Julia, baby, wake up," two hands shook me up. I opened my eyes in fear, thinking something bad had happened.
"What's going on? Are you okay?" I rasped out and sat up, rubbing my eyes.
"I have a very important surprise for you," he dragged me out of our shared hotel bed. I followed him, still confused as one would be."What time is it?" my voice got a bit clearer but I still couldn't piece anything together.
"Almost 5. I have already picked out your outfit don't worry," he planted a kiss on my forehead before turning around and taking the clothes, passing them to me."Where are we going?" At this point the only sentences I could form were questions. I slipped into the sweatpants nevertheless and pulled his sweater over my head, taking a quick look at myself in the mirror and finger combing my hair as best as I could.
"The airport. Sirius is already waiting for us," he answered while tying his shoelaces.
"What the fuck..." I whispered to myself but did the same, zipping up my infamous doc martens. He took both of our phones and after a second we were out of the room, running down the stairs hand in hand. The receptionist gave us a weird look but continued doing receptionist things...or whatever they do. How am I supposed to know what they do? The lobby was almost entirely empty, only a few people sitting on the leather couches minding their own business. As they should.
Jan opened the door for me and followed close behind, looking both ways repeatedly. He waved at someone and we immediately started walking towards them. That someone turned out to be Sirius, smiling brightly, a cigarette between his lips. Classic.
We crossed the street and made our way to the car. After greeting Sirius with a hug from the both of us we hopped into the car, closing the door with a thud."So how are you holding up? With the grand final you know," he asked, keeping his eyes on the road. I looked at Jan, waiting for him to answer.
"Of course we're nervous but nothing too bad-"
"Nothing's too bad when there's a woman like Julia next to you am I right or am I right?" Sirius interrupted, letting out a laugh. Jan chuckled, his cheeks flushing as he looked down at our intertwined hands. I playfully rolled my eyes, a smile tugging at my lips."Tak," was the only thing he said after a while, our eyes locking. I mouthed an I love you at him, seeing his eyes light up like a puppy. Gosh he's so cute. He pecked the corner of my lips in return and got back to the conversation.
"So...how are things with your wife?" he asked, still obviously flustered as his voice shook a little.
"Edyn? Perfect. Everything is perfect,"As they talked about everything and anything I drifted away, well my mind, the morning life of Liverpool catching my full attention. How the people look so free and happy, how everyone is in their own element like no one could ruin their peace.
Nothing like London. It kind of reminds me of Poland. The same old lady we almost ran over that day in Poland turned out to be a family friend of Jan.
Everyone is somehow connected there. London is my home of course but I think it's time for a fresh start. Oh my god am I really thinking about leaving everything behind. Even worse, fucking Poland?!
Do I really want to pack my belongings and move there? Would it be a good idea? Even if I'd make a pros and cons list Jan would cross all the cons. But am I ready for waking up next to him every single day for the rest of my life? Who am I kidding, of course I am. I'm so fucking in love with this Polish man I don't know how to think straight most of the time.
I would sacrifice my whole life for him. This is what I want. Yes this is what I really want. To wake up next to him everyday for the rest of my life. In Poland. Oh my fucking god Poland...This man has got me wrapped around his finger.
What the fuck Julia...What is wrong with you?"Hey, you good?" Jan snapped me out of my thoughts, a look of concern on his face.
"Yeah of course! Why wouldn't it be," I replied a little too brightly in a high pitched voice. He furrowed his brows but brushed it off as we took turns meaning we're here. I still don't know why, though.
"Gate three I think it was," he opened his phone to confirm, "Yes gate three," I followed him through the crowd of people leaving or arriving, some maybe even trying to find the love of their lives. Who knows?"Who are we waiting for, exactly?"
"There's two actually,"
"Huh-" without any warning we started running as Jan spotted someone or something. My mind still hazy, I almost tripped at least four times but I didn't let that stop him or me. Jan suddenly let go of my hand to hug someone."Surprise bitch," a voice startled me from behind. I swiftly turned around, my eyes widening.
"What are you doing here?" I instantly wrapped my arms around Sophie, squeezing her as tight as I possibly could. She let out a short chuckle that turned into a cough. I let her go after a while, finding Jan and his mom looking at us, both grinning widely."We decided to come support our favourite couple," she stated, earning a snort from Jan. I hugged her one more time before moving on to Edyta. Jans mother.
"You're even more beautiful than I remembered," she said in the same thick accent that I had missed."I'm sorry I didn't contact anyone. Matthew really messed with my mind," a slight frown replaced everyone's smiles as I let go of her.
"It's not your fault," she assured me, patting my shoulder. I shrugged but kept smiling.Lastly I went over to Jan and wrapped my arms around his neck. He closed the gap between us, bowing a little to match my height. People gave us stares but I couldn't give less of a fuck, I just wanted to be close to him.
"I love you and thank you," I broke the kiss, resting my head on his chest.
"I love youuu," he elongated the 'u' and pointed at me. Edyta looked at us approvingly while whispering something to Sophie, a bright smile remaining on both of their faces."Are they staying with us?"
"No. I booked them a room in the hotel down the street,"
"The one where I almost had to stay?"
"Yeah...but now you're with me," he pressed a kiss on the crown of my head."I'm sorry to interrupt whatever we have going on here but we have to get going. Also, I'm starving," we all chucked at Sophie but listened. Jan pecked my forehead one more time before breaking the hug and going to help his mom with the suitcases.
"You are staying here for one day, why do you have a big ass suitcase and a backpack?" my eyes flicked between her belongings and her.
"I came prepared," she replied, a smirk on her face."Prepared for the zombie apocalypse I see," I mumbled to myself, earning a glare from Sophie. We followed Jan and Edyta to Sirius's car and loaded the black vehicle. Edyta sat in the passenger seat while I was sat in the middle seat between Jan and my best friend. Can I even say that anymore...

Hello! This is a filler chapter but it had to be done. Did you get what you wanted?😘
I've already written the last chapter and it's very unexpected to say the least. But don't worry, you still have a little bit more time with stupid bitch Julia and Jajansna.
I'm not taking any suggestions anymore since there will only be a few more chapters until the end. Sad, maybe, but I'm so done with Julia.
Have a great rest of the day.
