Chapter 7

  "Wh-what's happening to my fing-er-ers" Fiona said as she started to feel cold.

"Huh what do you mean?" Asher said concernedly, running up to Fiona. As he took her hands Fiona could see the happy face of Asher to begin unsettle into concern. "Huh? Why are your hands blue?" Asher said in the most concerning tone.

"I-I don't know." She said in a distress voice looking at Asher. "Why are your lips blue!?" She said jumping.

"Huh? What do you mean!?" Asher said worriedly, touching his lips.

"Lia!!" Lily shouted to her because she was examining snow.

"Yes Lily? What happened?" Lia replied calmly to Lily starting to walk to her.

"Fiona's hands are blue!" She said, shouting in worry.

"Huh?" Lia said in confusion.

"Blue!" She said still worried

"Ok Lily, calm down, they will be ok." Lia said in a stern voice taking her shoulders as Lily nodded nervously.

"Do you know what happened!?" Fiona said to Lia in worry.

"Yes Fiona, but I need to calm down." She trying to calm her down

"Ok, I apologize. What about Asher?" She said not to shout anymore, but still worried.

"This is not good, we need to get them warm soon." Lia said worried

"I have a feeling we're close" Christopher said "I-I think we need to go up the mountain." He said starting to shiver.

"I'm sore and hungry," Lily complained, shivering. Everyone else nodded in agreement with her.

"Me too, but we don't have food and we are going to freeze. If we make it up the mountain, I think, I feel, we will make it" he said in a commanding voice that anyone would follow. We will make, rang like a gong to Fiona's ears and make her believe she will make it.
