I couldn't fucking believe it. Ava was really here. After all these years of looking for her.
She was right in front of me and now she's gone.
As if my heart hadn't already broken into pieces. She had to do it again.
I must give credit to her though, she did plan this out of wisely. But this time she won't be able to leave.
I don't give a damn if I have to lock her in our room if I have to.
She had become so frail. What the hell had happened to her?
I had alerted all of my investigators and searchers to look for her. At least we know she is in our vicinity.
Those two friends of hers... They were going to cause problems. Nobody ever escapes our emberlyn dust. Except these two.
For the boys sake I hope he isn't in a relationship with Ava. I wouldn't be more than happy to break his bones and see the pain in his eyes when he hears them being taken out of him.
Nobody can claim Ava other than me.
Now I could track all her movements because she works for me now. The satisfaction I will get in hearing her soft voice and seeing her pretty face more than excited me.
She better show up tomorrow. I needed all of my answers. But I wouldn't mind giving in a chase either because this time I would fucking win.
I got out my phone and saw my interrogation head calling me.
"Did you get anything out of them?"
"Boss, the girl has started talking but the boy is being stubborn. Should I start the treatment on him?"
"Good. No, I have to be careful because they are important to my wife. Call Jennifer and ask her to find some leverage on that rat. That should work. And send me the recording of the girl."
I end the call before he can respond and head over to the meeting room.
