Tommy used to love blaming fate. This time, he took his future into his own hands.

It had been a few years since the incident. It had taken Tommy a while to learn how to smile again, how to feel again, how to live again. Some had helped. George and Sapnap still took their duties seriously, even though the security work was now handled by Jack.

Ranboo finally remembered his past life, and even if it was terrible and full of death, at least he knew what the other half of himself was. He was a nether hybrid! It explained his comfort in the place, as well as his bond with Michael, really well. Ranboo had handled his past surprisingly well– his memory was taken as a measure to protect him from enemies, and as a sacrificial ritual to end the war. Though the ritual was conducted by his mother, Ranboo had agreed to it willingly. Of course, The Gods above tricked them all and permanently locked away his memories and powers into a mystical object– The Book Of Revival. With The Book destroyed, his memories and powers came back to him.

After all, energy can neither be created nor destroyed, even by The Gods ("The so-called Overlords– what nerds!" snickered Technoblade).

Tommy had put a lot of effort into making The Greater SMP habitable again. The first step was to clean up. With some permissions and some force, Tommy had destroyed most of the old structures that existed, whether that was buildings or land borders. It was extremely erratic and almost no one had a clue where one place started and the other ended. That wouldn't do. So, he had cleaned up The Greater SMP and done some serious renovations on it, though some places of the past had been preserved.

The Community House– rebuilt yet again, was kept protected and well stocked now. In fact, The SMP now had a "no weapons" rule, with very selective exceptions for protection purposes. Armour was allowed except in certain regions– due to diplomatic reasons. The weapons and potions were kept in a very well-secured area in The Community House, for dire situations.

Other preserved monuments and structures were–

The Prime Path (extending to more than just a small part, it connected all kingdoms to each other, as well as some unclaimed regions of The Greater SMP)

The Courthouse (now in much more efficient use)

Eret's Castle (now repurposed as a hotel)

The Sky Courthouse (now a marriage hall)

The Therapy House (a much bigger building with more therapists than ever)

Camarvan or The Hot Dog Van (with expanded sections– holding the history of L'Manberg, now called Old L'Manberg. Some objects in the archives are only accessible to the original members of Old L'Manberg, bar Eret.)

The World Spawn (with better walls and a much better structure)

Tommy felt satisfied with this progress and continued to develop The Greater SMP further. The place where Old L'Manberg used to exist was basically a protected museum-like area, not used for anything. He had decided that some things were better left alone, the old country being one of them. He still visited the place sometimes, mostly to remember his first real home.

With some difficulty, Tommy had cultivated control over his temper. This helped him maintain diplomacy with the remaining kingdoms of The Greater SMP– Las Nevadas and Snowchester– as well as be a fair admin for the people.
