{Chapter 1}

This is my first story on this acc so pls be nice :D

"Where...the hell am i?" You question as you sit up to see a modern hospital room with nurses running around tending to the other patients in the same ward, but... are you a patient? You dont feel hurt. But, then what's the reason for being in a hospital bed you wonder, the only thing that's hurting is the IV that's stuck into your arm. While examining the IV drip, you're caught off guard when you hear yelling.

"Y/N WHICH BED IS YOURS? IM HERE TO MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER!" you recognise that loud and friendly voice. "T-tsukasa?" You look up in confusion and pull back the curtain to see what was going on, only to be greeted by a man with blonde hair and a flamboyant attitude charging at you like a bull but then he stops at the foot of your bed. "Y/N, NEVER FEAR! THE WORLD FUTURE STAR IS HERE TO BRIGHTEN UP YOUR DAY!"

Tsukasa proudly exclaims as he puffs out his chest with a large grin plastered on his face. Tsukasa Tenma, the man who hides all his problems with smile on his face, he's your childhood friend that always shines, a charming young man who, unlike yourself is always the centre of attention and livens up the room, you always questioned why such a good guy hangs out with an antisocial freak who only falls in love with fictional characters from games they enjoy.

"Quiet down a little ok? There are others here that need peace and quiet." You sigh.
"Ah! Im sorry!" Tsukasa quickly turned around to apologise to the patients and nurses, they happily forgave such a good person. "Anyways, y/n what were you thinking doing that last night?!" He blurted out with a concerned look on his face.
"What do you mean...?" Your heart tenses as you try to recall what happened yesterday.

But your mind is at a complete blank. "Hey, Kasa? Could you tell me what i did yesterday... i seem to have forgotten." You awkwardly chuckle as you see Tsukasa's eyes widen in shock. "OK, DONT PANIC TSUKASA... ITS GOING TO BE OK, ALL IS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT... ok ill explain! You remember that we went out last night right?"

"I dont but ill trust your judgement."

"So, when we were at Scramble Crossing, you spotted a bar and dragged me with you to drink. Of course, i didnt drink i need to keep up my good role model image! Well... you ordered some drink that had ALOT of alcohol in it, i wasn't really paying attention to what you ordered because right beforehand you went on a rant about being a rebel, screwing the status quo and that you'll never be as cool as me. Honestly, i was flattered!" Tsukasa grinned and proceeded to rant a bit about how cool he was. "Back on topic please..." you sighed as you rubbed your temple in frustration. "Oh yeah haha! Well anyways, one sip into your drink and you were ALL over the place! Flirting with random people- "

"I DID WHAT NOW?" You yell in shock.

"Before i was RUDELY interrupted-" Tsukasa pouts. "You were flirting with like EVERYONE in the bar, and then one of MY songs came on! I think it was... ah! showtime ruler! An absolute classic! I love that song! Its one of my favourites! Oh, i got side tracked haha." Tsukasa scratched the back of his head, laughing and his cheeks grew red. "Well it came on and you started a karaoke session. You kinda were jamming out a bit TOO hard and it ended up with you hurting your head and passing out on the floor so- yeah. You're here now!" Tsukasa looked at you with a warm gaze. "Why did you decide to drink?"

"Im sorry but, i dont remember." You looked at your hands sorrowfully, feeling ashamed about what you had troubled Tsukasa to do. "Im... really sorry. Thank you, as always, you truly are the best" you put on your best smile even though youre conflicted, you dont want Tsukasa to be troubled any longer with your antics. "Honestly, y/n its alright, i enjoy spending time with you, no need to thank me and you dont have to apologise either, stop blaming yourself. You're not alone, im here!" Tsukasa said as he held your left hand, your eyes locking on to one another.
