A week of school had passed and Scara was sitting in front of his computer doing his work. He was writing novels, lots of novels. Today, he decided to create something new. He wanted a special genre, something that really kept the readers to continue reading. He wanted something like romance, but not too mushy and intimate all the time. He wanted someone to give him some inspiration on how he should set these two lovers in the middle of a war
Heizou... the familiar name came to mind.
"What... Heizou?!" Scara scoffed at the name. He felt as if there was something really interesting about him, something really charming. It's giving a bit of Kazuha, except he's different from him in a way that he's like the sun when you set eyes on him, while Kazuha felt like meditation on a tall breezy mountain.
Scara groaned at how he found himself looking at his eyes. He only gave the same glare to Kazuha and when he did to Heizou, he found himself hiding in hoodies. He never looked at anyone like how he did to Kazuha before.Scara gave a second groan...
"What's wrong my love?" Kazuha came up from behind to put his arms around Scara's head and looked down to see what he was doing. "Stuck on novel ideas?" Kazuha's hand slid on Scara's chest. Scara felt a bit intimate from the touch. He couldn't explain in words what he felt about Heizou. It was happening all week, but at the same time, a bit too soon...
Kazuha's hand slowly went down to Scara jawline. Kazuha lifted it up to bend down to give Scara a kiss on the forehead and chuckled, moving down to his lips. Scara felt soothed as he felt lips on his. His thoughts appeared to calm down a bit. As Kazuha lets go of the kiss, Scara stood up, as Kazuha took off his glasses and lovingly pecked kisses on his neck under the jaw.
"Scara," Kazuha nuzzled himself into Scara's neck.
"Kazu, we can take this later, I have to finish a novel after all," Scara squinted from Kazuha's clinginess and chuckled.
"Hmmph," Kazuha mumbled.
"But I'm just thinking about the novel," Scara let himself off Kazuha, "I'm really stuck on something."
"Ah, should I help?" Kazuha looked over at what Scara has written so far, "wow, what an amazing plot. If anything, I don't see what's wrong with the novel idea or writing at all."
"It's not that I'm stuck on..." Scara grunted, "it's alright Kazu, I'll tell you later. Right now, I think I need a break from the screen." Scara moved his glasses aside and stretched. It had been a really long week for both Kazuha and Scara.
Three tests were given in a week and it got a bit stressful since it wasn't that long since the school holidays."Alright, you deserve a break, my love," Kazuha gave Scara another kiss before heading off to the kitchen.
Scara felt a bit heaty. He loved the sudden affection that Kazuha gave because it was always unexpected. Scara loved a day without expecting the obvious, which is why he also liked Heizou...Scara laid his head in his arms on the table and closed his eyes. The thoughts of his childhood creeped up in his head like a spider with thin legs. He once had a friend who was as outburst as Heizou at random times. That friend of Scara's played a big role in his life to make him who he is today. It made Scara keep himself mentally stable. But one day, he lost that Heizou-like friend due to some inconvenience that had happened in life and Scara's twigs on the trees of his heart broke day by day.
Scara felt a chunk of his heart cracking away when he knew that friend turned into nothing but dust. Every time he saw Heizou as lively as ever as that friend, he couldn't help but treat him close and over-caring.
Scara didn't want to remember those memories anymore. He wanted to tell Kazuha that the thoughts were coming back again, but this evening, he didn't want to bother him. So he just fell asleep. "Sunny..."——
"Scara darling, I made dinner," 3 hours had passed and Kazuha was gently shaking a shoulder of Scara's to wake him up. Scara got up and smelled fresh food. He got up from his chair and Kazuha held him by the hand to walk sleepy Scara to the kitchen table.
"You slept like a baby, I couldn't dare to wake you up," Kazuha grabbed a dango from a small plate with cute Sanrio character patterns on it.
"Huh," Scara took a bowl of rice and ate it, not realising his chopsticks were backwards."I called for you asking what you wanted for dinner, but you didn't respond. So, I hope todays' dinner is ok with you," Kazuha pulled off a rice ball from the skewer.
"Haven't you eaten enough sweets this week?" Scara stared at Kazuha making a bunch of dessert for dinner.
"Ah, my apologies," Kazuha got a piece of grilled salmon from a rectangular plate.
"You even ate 9 mochi balls this week. I tried to take them off you again because I was concerned," Scara took a dango and pulled off the rice ball from the skewer.
"Yeah, I should probably try to control it... you don't like people who eat too much sugar and dango all the time," Kazuha stared at Scara's eyes that seemed to be a bit liquid. "Were you crying?" Kazuha wiped off a tear from Scara's cheek bone.
"Huh, I didn't even notice," Scara wiped off more tears from the corner of his eyes.
"Are you alright?" Kazuha placed a hand on Scara's.
"I just thought about it again."
"Aww."
"It hasn't even been a month and that dream came back last night. I forgot to tell you..."
"That's alright, I'll always be here to listen and comfort you with the best blankets and snacks. How are you feeling?"
"That's not really why I'm concerned. I'm getting over my friend, I think." Scara's gaze averted.
"Oh alright. So what could be the problem?" Kazuha mixed up some takoyaki sauce in his rice.
"Heizou seems to remind me of my friend. I like him...in a way that is different from how I liked that past friend..."
"Sunny..?"
"You see the resonance?" Scara picked up his chopsticks.
"Yeah I do... but we'll talk about this after dinner, yeah?"
