Chp.45 'Happy family'

(Two Years Later)

Hana POV-

"Jimin! Hold your daughter. She is crying a lot." I call my husband who is sitting with his friends in the backyard. It's been two years. Two years of our happiness, two years of us being blessed with our daughter. 

" She is a daddy's girl, isn't she?" I try to calm Yuri, our one-year-old daughter, by rubbing her back while Jennie sits on the kitchen counter, a bottle of juice in her hand. As one can see, a lot happened in the last two years. 

My brother finally settled here a few months after I told him I was pregnant. I still remember how the phone line went silent after I told him the news. I wanted to tell him the news in person but couldn't hold back after he called. But I wasn't the only one who got good news. He too shocked me by revealing his relationship with Lara. Yes, my brother is in a healthy relationship. That was my time to be silent. I was very happy when I heard that he is happy and finally found someone he would love to spend his life with. Even he needed someone who will be with him during the hard times. He told me that they were colleagues and eventually fell for each other. Lara came here to live with him. They both are having a great life together which makes me very happy. They both live in a house that was given to him by his company. We kept visiting each other's houses whenever we could. She is a great girl and it was easy for me to bond with her.

" Here, give her to me." Jimin takes Yuri from my hands and she is calm in no time. I really don't understand how he manages to make her calm. There are times when Yuri cries for no reason and it takes me quite some time to calm her down but all Jimin has to do is hold her against himself and she stops.

" She is. She just loves her dad." I answer Jennie while looking at my husband holding our daughter, with a soft expression. Looking at Jimin holding her always reminds me how great of a father and husband he is. I gave him a hard time during my pregnancy. Constant mood swings, snapping at him for no reason, crying for petty things, waking him up at midnight because of food cravings, and so on. All he did was be patient and tolerant during the whole process. But it also didn't stop him from having sex. We did. A lot. I was getting turned on by watching him shirtless or him cooking or even by his touch. My pregnancy wasn't the only thing I blamed though. 
Anyway, he did prove that he is a great husband and now a great father. There were times when he felt unsure and doubted himself but I kept telling him that he is going to be the best one. I wasn't lucky enough to have a father in my life but I am very happy that my daughter will not be going through the same thing. 

Announcing my pregnancy news to everyone was great too. My friends were happy but not more than Jimin's friends. They all went crazy when they heard the news from Jimin. All they could talk about was how they never expected him to be the first to settle and become a dad. We called them, my friends and also Mark and Jimin's uncle to tell the news. We never came across Mark again after the last time. He acted strange on the call too. He sounded shocked and displeased. There was a difference between his and Jimin's Uncle's reaction. Jimin and I didn't think much about it and focused on our little world. 

I thought the reason behind Mark's slight bitterness might be the will that Grandma left behind. After all the paperwork and talking to the lawyer, all the property and possessions that Grandma had was divided between Mark and Jimin. According to what Jimin said, Mark got a bit less than Jimin. I know it's wrong to assume things when you don't know the details of a matter but it was just a thought. 

Anyway, some of our friends have come here so that we all can spend some time together. Their main purpose was to see and play with Yuri though. They were excited to see her. Only Lisa was able to come as Rose and Jisoo were busy but they do face time us whenever they are free. Jin and Jungkook are here while the rest are busy. Namjoon also congratulated us. 

" Are you read- Hana! What are you doing here? Go bring Yuri's bag. We are going to be late now..." Lisa starts ranting as soon as she enters the kitchen and sees me and Jennie.

We all have planned to go out and roam around and return home after having dinner outside. Lisa, Jungkook, and Jin were eager to see Norway so we decided to take them out. Jimin and I decided to leave Yuri with our neighbors who have no problem spending time with our daughter. I grab the bag that has Yuri's things and enter the living room. Yuri sleeping with her head on Jimin's shoulder while he is grabbing the keys. 

I know we are getting late and the rest are waiting outside for us but that doesn't stop me from being captivated by my husband's looks. He looks great in a black sweatshirt with the sleeves rolled up and jeans. 

" Done staring?" He asks with a smirk. I shake my head and walk up to him. I try to reach his ear and whisper," I can never get enough of you." 

Another thing that has changed is me. I have become much bolder than earlier in the last two years. Jimin was the one who used to make me blush but the roles are reversed now. It's me who surprises and even manages to make him blush. He loves it when I am the one being dominant or the one to initiate sex.

I lean away to see his eyes darkened, darting between my eyes and lips. I circle an arm around his neck and kiss the corner of his lips. 

" We are getting late." He says, our lips centimeters away from each other.

" I know" I nod and press my lips to his. Without wasting time, his lips swallow mine. We kiss, slowly but passionately. We always kiss like we can't get enough of each other. Nibbing and sucking and stroking each other's tongues. His arm circles around my waist, pulling me closer. I close my eyes and tilt my head to deepen the kiss. 

" Oh god! My eyes!" We pull away immediately when we hear Jungkook's voice. He has his palm covering his eyes as if he saw something terrible and covering his eyes can make it disappear. I hear Jimin take a deep breath as if controlling himself from throwing himself at Jungkook.

" Shhh. Don't scream. Yuri's sleeping." He whisper-yells at Jungkook.

" Yelling is not ok but this" Jungkook moves his hand randomly in the air,
" is okay??" 

I lick my lips and clear my throat. " I'll be outside," I mutter while grabbing my purse. 

The only reason Jimin has started hating Jungkook's presence is because he is always interrupting us during important times. This is the not first time and definitely not the last time.

I walk up to the main door, the two of them right behind me. I am confident but only in front of Jimin and right now I am very much embarrassed. 

" Start looking for a new place to stay Jungkook. You are officially removed from my house." I shake my head at Jimin's words.

" I am too cute to be removed from your house Jimin. Accept it." 

" Oh, shut up." I smile.

We lock the door, leave Yuri with Mr. and Mrs.Miller, and set out. The gust of wind came in contact with my cheeks as we start walking toward a random destination. Jimin intertwines our hands and we keep walking, our laughter surrounding us. 

I missed this. I missed the time with my family. When I was small, I always wanted a family of my own. It usually consisted of me, my brother, whoever my husband would be, and our daughter but God gave me one I never expected to be blessed with. 

That's what life is about. It keeps surprising you with things you don't expect. 

If you wish of having one person who appreciates your presence instead of destroying it, wait till you are blessed with people who love and care for you like anything.

I hope our laughter and happiness don't fade away in the future.
