I hate this feeling. The feeling of getting your heart broken. This one-sided feeling. I guess I am just not lucky enough to be in a romantic relationship. My ex cheated on me for another girl- a girl with blonde hair. I decided that I would not get involved in any romantic relationship but then I met Jimin and his Grandma. I wasn't even thinking of being in a relationship but life is full of surprises. I got married. Without any feelings.

Jimin used to flirt with me when I wasn't interested in him. But now, I want his attention, I want him to look at me like a man looks at his woman, I like the warmth of his body, I want him to smile and laugh with me just like he is doing with her but for him...I am nothing. I am just someone with whom he flirted once and then became cold when he came to know that he has to marry me.

He doesn't care about me. I am sure whatever heart-melting words and actions he performed today are just for show. But he doesn't know what effect his words and actions had on me. He doesn't know what his closeness with other women is doing to me. How much it hurts.

All of my hopes are shattered. This is the feeling of one-sided love. Love. It's a big word. I don't even know when I started falling for him. I don't know what made me fall for him but nothing can make me go back to how I was. How much ever I think of getting over him, I can't. Not when his mere presence makes my heart beat faster.

I came out of my trance when I felt Mr.Harper's hand on my shoulder. I turned my head toward his direction and noticed his gaze. He was totally drunk.

" What happened Mrs.Park? Where were you lost?" He asked while leaning a little closer to my face which made me shift backward.

" N-nothing...I just..." I fumbled over my words. I looked in Jimin's direction to see if he was still with her. He wasn't. His gaze was now on me. Or maybe on the hand resting on my shoulder. He looked at the hand and back into my eyes. His face was no more like the earlier one. It was blank and cold.

He said something to the people he was talking to and started walking in my direction. He was taking long steps and soon he was standing in front of me.

" I think we should leave now." I stood up as soon as he said those words. I so want to go home and be in my room...alone with these feelings. He took my hand in his warm one and pulled me a little closer. Mr.Harper also stood up.

" It was nice meeting you Jimin." Mr.Harper held his hand for a handshake which Jimin accepted with a nod.

"Go wait near the entrance, I want to talk about something important to Mr.Harper." I nodded and followed what Jimin said.

I stood near the entrance waiting for Jimin. I looked in their direction and saw him saying something in Mr.Harper's ear. I wonder what he said because all the color of Mr.Harper's face drained out. Jimin patted his shoulder and came towards me.

" Let's go." Jimin put his hand on my lower back and we started heading outside. I was confused and curious as to what he said to Mr.Harper. I turned around and saw him standing there speechless. He was looking at us, or specifically at Jimin's back. Anyway. It's definitely nothing that concerns me...that's what I am trying to believe.
