Alright, so I was unsure if any of you were confused on the last chapter and why Sebastian will not devour Ciel's soul. I know none of you asked about it but I just felt that I should explain.
Well, if you remember, in Chapter 3: When Deals are Made, Sebastian makes a deal with Ebony that if she'll stay in America that he will not devour Ciel's soul.
Now in the last chapter when he said "our deal is not dead" he meant that he will still hold up his end of the bargain and not take Ciel's soul. Ebony is so confused of this because she's almost forgotten about the deal and she didn't expect him to do that.
Okay, so I hope that make sense. If not then I'll probably explain it when I'm writing in Ebony's point of view as well. So if any of you were confused, I hope that helps:)
