Harry was surprised to see such a large and clean stable. The mud floor wasn't rough and bumpy, everything was shiny and white, and all the horses were cleaned and smelled good. They smelled a little like money.

"Harry, can you come help with this?" asked Kahil.

"Oh, yes," she answered.

She hurried over to him. Kahil and Terrance were both getting ready to spar with one another. Terrance had one leg up on a bench, switching his uniform shoes to old boots. Harry looked above Terrance and saw swords hanging on the wall. She didn't say it out loud, but she found it very impressive.

"Harry."

"Yes?" she asked startled.

She walked over to Kahil. "My apologies; I got distracted." She looked at him up and down. "Did you need something?"

"Yeah," he answered as he tightened his belt. "Will you reach me my sword?"

"O-okay."

She looked up at the shiny swords. "But," she said timidly. "Why is Your Highness having me get it?"

Terrance looked over at the two unlikely siblings.

"If I may ask that?"

"There's no reason in particular," Kahil answered. "I just thought you'd like to hold one."

Well, he wasn't wrong; Harry did have some desire to hold one. She took the sword off the wall; it was heavier than she had expected it to be.

"Well?" Kahil asked.

She lifted the sword to the roof.

"It's beautiful," she answered.

"Great," Kahil responded. He stomped his feet hard on the ground. He was all set to spar now.

"And now that you're holding one, you can go change your clothes."

"Eh? Wh-why w-would I need t-to?" Harry asked quickly.

"Why, how else are you going to spar with us?" Kahil replied. He had answered her question with another question.

"Spar?! Me?!"

"Those clothes you have on now will only be a hindrance."

Terrance also stomped his feet. He sighed and rubbed his hand through his hair. "Now I get it," he muttered.

Harry looked at him; she had expected him to elaborate, but he just looked away from her.

"No, never mind," he replied.

She turned back to Kahil and protested, "But I . . . I don't have anything else to change into."

Kahil took the sword from her and put it back into his scabbard. "Sure you do," he said; cheerfully while handing her a whole new change of clothes. "Here's everything you'll need."

Harry looked down at the clothes. She wasn't sure of what to say.

"And it's all in your size! I made sure of it," he said with a smile. He and Terrance started to head out. "We'll be waiting for you outside!" he shouted. "Oh, and don't worry, we'll make sure no one will come in while you change."

And so, they left the bewildered girl alone in the stables.

"I get it now," Terrance said as they stood outside guarding the entrance.

"What is it that you get?" Kahil asked annoyed.

"Well, I thought your request was a little odd. "Bring me one of our academy's sparing uniforms, but it needs to be the smallest size there is understand, Terrance?" That's what you said."

"Right? So?"

Terrance shrugged his shoulders and replied, "Nothing, it's just unusual for you to do something for someone who's not Kaitlyn."

Kahil shot him a menacing look.

"All I'm trying to say is that it's nice of you."

"And what about you, Terrance? You usually aren't this kind yourself to other girls who aren't my sister."

Terrance sighed, "That's because I don't know any other girls besides your precious little sister. I've now only interacted with one other girl, your second sister, Ha-"

"Don't say her name," Kahil growled.

"Huh, why can't I-"

"Because the royal family members' names aren't names you can say so casually," Kahil answered.

"Hmm," hummed Terrance. "Hmm . . . hmmm." He continued humming obnoxiously. "So, if I were to say that I like the second princess, what would you do?"

Before Kahil could answer, Harry came out. She was dawned in the academy's bright blue sparing uniform. She smiled and asked timidly, "How do I look?"
