Her head was pounding, her breath dissipating.

Why the hell would she bring him there?!! She knows that is where I practice my abilities!!

She was walking, but to where? She had no clue. She was feeling an array of emotions—fear, anger, anxiety...hopelessness.

"Liya! Wait! Why are you running away?!" Tsireya shouted, trying to catch up with her. Liyanin paid her no mind, her back still to her as she sped off. Tsireya knew she wasn't going to catch up to her by walking, so she started to run. When she reached her, she grabbed her shoulder and turned her around.

Liyanin's tears were streaming down her face, but the rain camouflaged them. Her face was in agony, and the corners of her mouth were bent down, her eyes donning a glare. Tsireya was taken aback, a bit shocked at her expression. She had never seen her sister like this before, and at her no less.

"Sister, why are you being like this?"

"Why am I being like this?" Liyanin repeated, now walking up on her. "Why am I being like this?!

You brought him there! You know that is where I use my powers and you brought him there!! Did you not care about how I would feel??!" She was letting the words pour out of her mouth as she pointed forcibly.

"I—I did not know you would be this upset—"

"Tsireya! It...it...it does not matter if you knew how mad I would be!! I had not told Neteyam about my powers because I was not ready, and you just go and take matters into your own hands and now you have ruined everything!!"

Tsireya felt hurt by her sister's words; even though a part of her knew she was just speaking from a place of extreme fear, she couldn't help but feel like wanting to crawl into a ball and cry.

"...Sister, s-stop. You are being mean." She choked out, holding back tears.

"Oh, I am being mean?!" Liyanin couldn't control what was coming out of her mouth. She was no longer functioning properly, her fear taking over. All of the pressure she has been enduring had finally crushed her, damaging her mind.

"Yes! You are being very mean right now!" Tsireya replied, shouting back.

"Then maybe, you should have thought better when you decided to bring him there!!"

Tsireya was about to say something else, but then her voice got stuck in her throat. As Liyanin yelled that sentence, a bolt of lightning painted the sky, now pointing out a huge unexpected surprise.

Behind her sister, was...an absolute wall of water. And it appeared as if it was prepared to crash down on her. Was her sister, about to hurt her?

Seeing the look in her eyes, Liyanin's high seemed to wear off a little. She wondered what caught her attention, and turned to look behind her. The wall was enormous, shocking even her. Her hands then covered her mouth upon realizing what she was about to do. She, she was going to harm her sister.

She then fell onto her knees, holding her head with her hands, screaming and crying. Tsireya's fear had now somewhat subsided, concerned about Liyanin's state of mind, but as she tried to get closer, the rain began to surround Liyanin, creating a barrier.

"Sister! You have to calm down!" She shouted, hoping her words could reach her. But Liyanin's head was too distorted, her grasp on reality almost gone. Liyanin squeezed her head, her entire body shaking and hurting. Her tears poured out like a waterfall, the rainwater constantly swirling around her. She shook her head, the pain in her heart unimaginably unbearable. She felt so guilty, so horrible; she couldn't believe she even bore the subconscious thought of hurting Tsireya, her beloved sister. She didn't...know what to do.
