(MS) Chapter 13

Hello! I'm in the process of deciding if I want to continue this or not. Nearly 2k reads, which is way more than I expected. I feel motivated for now, but I know I'm going to just forget all about this and just :(. Anyways, if I do continue this, I'll most likely end this after Alterna is finished and all that. I'm thinking of making a separate story (one-shot book) where it's just everyone messing around and doing random stuff. But, enough talk. On with the story or something, idk.

You look at Ashley, confused.

Y/N: "The NILS statue? What's that?"

Ashley: "Oh, Uhm.. Nothing."

Aura looks at her suspiciously. She doesn't look at him.

Ashley: "Marina's coming to pick me up."

She looks at Nebula then at you.

Ashley: "Thanks for helping me. I probably would've died if it wasn't for you guys."

Y/N: "No problem. We couldn't just leave you there."

Nebula looks at you and smiles. Ashley looks at you and sighs.

Ashley: "Why do you always wear a mask? Nobody's ever seen your face. You're also insanely tall! You're probably taller than Marina!"

Y/N: "I guess it's genetics."

Ashley: "But still, why don't you take off the mask?"

Y/N: "Because uhm... I'm not comfortable with showing my face."

Ashley: "Cmon! Just show me your face! Have you even shown Shiver or Frye? What about them?"

She points at Nebula and Aura.

Ashley: "You two also look different..."

You quickly try to come up with an excuse.

Y/N: "We're just uhm....We..."

Frye: "They just got into a real bad car accident. That's why Y/N doesn't want to show his face! Nebula and Aura also got pretty messed up."

You quickly follow along with the story.

Y/N: "Yea...I don't really want you to freak out or get scared. We're not really comfortable speaking about it, so..."

Ashley: "Oh! I-Im sorry, I didn't mean to bring something traumatic up. I guess that makes sense."

She looks you up and down.

Ashley: "You do seem a bit strange."

She looks around and spots Frye and Big Man.

Ashley: "Wait! I totally forgot! You're Deep Cut!!!"

She stands up and takes her phone.

Ashley: "Can I have a selfie, please?!"

Shiver chuckles.

Shiver: "Sure, why not!"

Ashley quickly runs up to Deep Cut and takes a selfie.

Ashley: "This is insane! Thank you so much!"

Ashley begins running around happily. You can't help but chuckle. Ashley then sits down on the couch and looks at the photo. Her stomach rumbles, and Big Man quickly notices it.

Big Man: "Ay!" (Are you hungry? I can cook up some food!)

Ashley looks at Big Man.

Ashley: "Really? I mean. I'll take whatever I can get! Sure!"

Big Man heads to the kitchen. Meanwhile, Shiver goes over to the fridge and pulls out a tub of Vanilla Ice Cream. Frye gives Shiver a mean glare and gets some strawberry ice cream from the fridge. Big Man continues on cooking. However, you notice a big bucket of mint, and chocolate chip ice cream. You look back at Ashley, and you see her eyeing the ice cream. She quickly looks away, seemingly not wanting to ask for some. You quickly walk up to (Shiver, Frye, or Big Man. Depending on who you picked for the splatfest :O) and ask them for some ice cream. They reluctantly give you some in a plate, and you bring the plate to Ashley. She looks at you embarrassedly.
