4.Ayaka Hana!?

Recap:

Muichiro had gotten sick due to training himself too hard in the rain, and was being a brat, Ayaka had volunteered to take care of him, and had fed him, the chapter ended with muichiro taking a nap and Ayaka heading out to her estate

Ayaka Hana(Reader) POV:

It had been around a week since tokito got sick, I had been checking up on him almost everyday, if I didn't have a mission ofcourse, over the span of a week, I spent most of my time taking care of tokito, and my missions, around 5 of them, but other than that, there wasn't nothing new, I had heard news that kyojuro-san had gone to the mugen train with the kamado siblings, a boy carrying a demon who was introduced not long before I became a hashira, a yellow-headed boy, and a boar boy, who were both found with the kamado siblings
A demon who doesn't eat humans but gains energy by sleeping, I was quite intruiged by it, I wonder if, when someone becomes a demon, if they were hit with a sleeping sedative, and "hypnotized" the way nezuko was, would they also produce same results?
Other than that, My relationship with the hashira is going well too, I has gifted the cat to kanroji-san and she was ecstatic, I talked with shinobu-san a lot about the condition of tokito, and she gave me some tips aswell
About the condition of tokito...
His fever has died down a bit, 101⁰ F, mild fever which comes around once or twice a day, but after some medicine he seems to be fine, though his voice isn't as well as it was, it's still better and he can speak well without any pain for some time, though his coughing is still very bad, as for his behavior, he still acts like a bit of a brat when he gets agitated, otherwise he just sleeps most of the day, he reminds me of a cat, he doesn't eat anything that any kakushi makes for him, poor them, they already work so hard, otherwise he does eat whatever I make, even though I haven't mentioned I'm the cook, it never came up, he still eats it happily, and I, whenever I visit him, make sure to bring him something, wether it's miso soup, sakura mochi, or anything else, I was never a cook, but because of him I decided to learn, and I'm glad I did

So that's all till now, at this moment I'm heading to his estate with some milk and cookies in hand and as always, Nikamura-kun opened the door
Time: 4:00 pm

"Hana-San welcome in, you really don't have to do this You know"

"Nikamura-kun, please understand I want to do this"
I said to him with a smile, as I entered Nikamura-kun and I had gotten closer to, we talked a lot whenever I visited

"Well I hope you know, its very appreciated"

"No need, how's tokito? Is he still not eating?"

I said, as I placed the cookies in the kitchen and talked to Nikamura-kun a bit

"Nope, it seems he has a liking to your hand"
He said with a chuckle

"I guess so, well I'm always happy to make something for him, may I ask what his favorite is?"

"Ehh thatd be simmered radish with sweet miso I guess, he always requests it more whenever I make it"

"That's next on my list to learn then, but what about you Nikamura-kun? What's your favorite dish?"
