It was Sunday, nearing noon. Luna was watching the news with a bowl of cereal in her lap. It was covering another gang bust by Virus Lincoln.

News Anchor: ... In other news, Another Underground gang hideout was raided by police earlier today. While police struggled against the highly equipped gang, things took a quick turn when Virus, Royal Lakes City's newest hero, spearheaded the raid. Although he took the Underground's Programmable Matter, something police and government officials were hoping to gain to even the playing field.

The camera switched to the RLC (Royal Lakes City) Police Commissioner.

Police Commissioner: While neither we nor the city can lay claim to the Programmable Matter, or PgM, as people have been calling it to shorten the long name. We hope Virus will lend us the PgM so that we may better equip our officers to face these rising threats.

Luna: You got no change on that happenin' mate.

Lincoln then leaned over the couch eating a bacon, egg, cheese, & pancake sandwich.

Lincoln: Especially, because Virus needs that stuff to stay calm... Well, calmer than he normally is.

Virus: If you got something to say, say it to my face.

Lincoln: (looks up at nothing) You don't have a face, you're a symbiote.

Luna watched as Lincoln just argued with himself as he exited the apartment. Wondering to herself what it was like.

Luna: (thinking) I wonder what I could do to help...?

At the Loud's apartment building, or rather, in the alley behind it, Lincoln and Lynn were standing on two spread dumpsters as platforms, they were both wearing their symbiotes.

Inferno: Alright, let's see what this hero stuff is all about!

Lynn: Inferno is ready to go and so am I!

Virus: I still don't trust her to do this right.

Lincoln: (thinking) My sister or Inferno?

Virus: Yes.

Both then activated their Symbiote suits. Lincoln sighed and picked up a tire with one hand and readied to throw it, he tossed it at Inferno Lynn who did a spinning back kick and sent it flying, they did a quick celebration before getting hit in the gut by another tire.

Inferno Lynn: UGH!! Where did that one come from?!

Virus Lincoln: I had a second tire, now imagine if that was Thanos.

Inferno Lynn: The overgrown raisin man with the fancy glove? What was that then? His sword? Those pebbles he has that give him power?

Virus Lincoln: His tire. Lynn, you underestimate everything we've been training for, you've had Inferno for three days now and you still won't take this seriously. And those are Infinity Stones!

Inferno Lynn: Come on! Inferno's power is getting strong from getting hit! And with a healing factor, I'll be invincible in a fight!

Virus Lincoln: In a long battle. But a villain will try to end the battle quickly. Like, say a punch to the chin. That'll knock you out cold.

Inferno Lynn: Okay, yeah, but-

Virus Lincoln: And don't forget oxygen, someone could just as easily drown you in water, or hold you down in a choke hold until you die from suffocation. Healing factors aren't perfect! There are weaknesses.
