We have to leave

Kyra walked back to her and Raylas room.
She opened the door to see that Rayla was crying.
"Hey, are you okay?" Kyra asks as she sits beside Rayla.
"I- Claudia told Callum about the king..... and now I'm afraid I've lost his trust forever...." Rayla sniffled.
"Hey it's going to be okay, I promise." Kyra hugs Rayla tightly.
"Callum is going to tell Ezran tomorrow... but he's mad at me for not being able to tell him the truth, I just couldn't muster up the courage to tell him..."
"If it makes you feel any better I wasn't able to tell him either, and it's probably for the best that they know. And hey, At least Callum knows that Soren lied to him about his father wanting them back home." Kyra pointed out.
"That's true..." Rayla wipes her tears away.
"Lets just get some rest."
Rayla nods.
-The next morning-
Kyra went with Rayla to help her apologize to Callum, Callum excepted the apology seeing as that he couldn't bring himself to tell Ezran about their dad and understood why they couldn't tell him.
"We don't have a choice anymore we have to leave and we have to do it now. We have to get as far away from them before they even realize we're gone." Rayla told Callum urgently.
"Woah wait a minute they're still my friends." He stated.
"But they lied to you" Kyra adds.
"Soren lied to me, Claudia told me the truth. We can't just leave-"
"Leave?" Claudia interrupted.
"Yeah. I'm sorry but we've decided we're leaving today, this mission, taking the dragon prince back to Xadia, it's the most important thing we'll ever do. We can't go home with you."
"Oh.." the dark mage says defeated.
" are you sure? I mean, your dad is gonna be really disappointed." Soren adds as you just notice he was there. Funny how such a tall guy could be so quiet.
"Don't! Stop it Soren!" Claudia yells.
"Ugh, fine. Do what you want." He says as he storms off, punching a tree on his way. A bunch of moths swarm around his head, he pulls his sword out and swats at them. "Stupid moths!"
Kyra can't help but giggle a little at his failed attempt to swing at the moths.
"I'm sorry about him, but before you go, Callum, I have something I need to give you in private."
"Oh. Uh, all right" Callum says with a light blush on his face.
You and Rayla share a confused look.
They walk off.
"I'm going to go look for Soren."
Rayla gives you an even more confused look.
"J-just to make sure he's not trying anything." Kyra stutters.
Rayla shrugs and walks away.
You go and search for Soren.
You find him, practicing his sword fighting.
You aproch him and he swings in your direction, not knowing that you were there. His sword stops right in front of your face.
"Woah, uh sorry! Didn't see you there." He rubs the back of his neck and sheathes his sword.
"It's alright."
"Why are you here?" He asks.
"Oh um I just wanted to check in on you."
You honestly don't know why you're here, he's done nothing but try to hurt the people you care about and lie to your friends, but their was a small part of you that believed that they're was good in him.
"You came here to check on me?" He ask confused.
"Yep." You say a bit embarrassed.
"Thats uh- really nice of you. I'm alright."
"Why did you lie?" You ask, not facing him.
"What?"
"About the king..." she informs him.
"I- I thought it was the only way to get the princes to come back home... my father will be disappointed in me if I don't......" He starts to tear up a little.
"Woah, hey it's alright, you don't have to explain." You reassure him.
"I- thanks." He says slightly embarrassed that he almost let his emotions take over.
"Of course"
