My knight in shining armor {Soren x fem oc}

The incident

Before Kyra can run off, Rayla comes to her!
"Rayla?!"
"Kyra what are you doing here?"
"I'll explain later!" She says as she begins to cut the ropes off of the dragon.
"Ugh, this guy again. Of course." Rayla mutters.
You turn around to see Soren, sword in hand.
"A dead dragon and a dead elf all in one day. Everything's coming up Soren." He exclaims.
You send him a nasty glare. Why would he chose to spare you but not Rayla? You didn't understand, but before you could think about it more, there's blades clashing. Raylas cornered. You jump in front of her and draw your swords. Soren looks confused but stands his ground.
It starts to rain.
"I'm not backing down." Rayla says as she spins her swords around.
"Leave one of them alive, that way she can lead us to Ezran and Callum." Claudia suggests.
"She doesn't have to." Callum emerges form the woods.
"I'm right here"
"Callum! You're safe!" She smiles until she notices what he's holding, it's her spell book.
"What are you doing?"
"Your kind of magic."
"You don't want to do this Callum. It's really dangerous unless someone shows you how." Claudia tries to slowly approach him.
"You already did." He smushes the bug in his hand and starts chanting. His eyes turn purple as he casts a spell to remove the chains from the dragon. All the soldiers run from the snakes.
"Get up you're free." Rayla tries nudging the dragon awake but Soren points his sword at her.
"Congratulations. That was impressive. Really. You did everything you could to save a monster that torched a town of innocent people. But it didn't even matter. You freed a dead dragon." Soren spoke.
You glared at him and stabbed the dragon slightly to wake it up. You heard growling as it got up.
Rayla runs over to help Callum, who was passed out.
Soren then charges the dragon all by himself!
He manages to cut off one of its horns with his sword.
The dragon swung its tail and its hit Soren! He was flung backwards into a rock. As he hit it, it made a cracking sound.
"Soren!!" You yell running to him.
Luckily Ezran and Zym caught the dragon's attention before it could get to Soren.
It suddenly flew off.
"The little dragon's coming with me." Claudia barks.
She starts chanting.
"Claudia! Help! Soren's hurt!" Kyra screams.
She looks between the dragon and you holding her brother in your arms. She runs to Soren.
"Soren I'm here. Come on, get up we have to get you some help."
"I.... I can't move, Claudia." Soren shakily says.
"I can't move..."
"Can you feel it when I do this?" Claudia asks.
"No what are you doing" Soren asks.
"I'm pinching you Soren."
Well that's just rude."
"Hold on I'll fix this." Claudia says as she preforms some kind of spell.
"We'll, that was super pretty, but I still can't move." Soren stated.
"You can't?! But that should have... hold on. I must have something."
You start to tear up at Claudia's desperation.
"That's all I have for healing. Well don't just stand there. Help me get him back to town. We need to find a doctor." Claudia orders the guards.
"B-but what should we do about the elf?" One guard asks.
"Tie her up and leave her-" the mage begins before being interrupted by Soren.
"No..... she can come with us." He says looking to you.
"O-only if you want to" he says nervously.
"Of course I'll come with you, you big lump." You say with tears in your eyes.
He smiles at you sweetly.
The guards lift him up and bring him towards the town, while you and Claudia trail behind.
