Harry: Xenophilius, we need to know about the symbol that you was wearing at Bill and Fleur's wedding

Xenophilius: Symbol? Are you referring to the sign of the Deathly Hallows?

Blue: Who in the what now?

Hermione: Deathly Hallows?

Blue: What is that?

Xenophilius: I'm not surprised that the four of you have never heard of the Deathly Hallows. Well, I kind of expected Blue to know but that's not the point. Viktor Krum was ignorant of the symbol's meaning, a sign meant to identify believers in the Hallows to one another.

Harry: That's cool and all but we still have no idea what the Hallows are

Xenophilius: I see, well, have you heard about the Tale of the Three Brothers?

Harry: Umm I don't know the tale

Blue: Nope, I am from another world so don't blame me for not knowing

Ron: I know that story!

Hermione: I do as well!

Hermione pulls out her copy of The Tales of Beedle the Bard and Xenophilius suggests that she read the story.

Hermione: Okay, listen carefully. There were three brothers traveling on a winding road, eventually reaching a river they could not cross by wading or swimming. Because they were magic users, they created a bridge to walk across, halfway over the bridge, they were stopped by Death, who was angry at being cheated out of victims.

Blue: I imagine he would, Death had me till I dipped on him, he is still trying to grab me like I owe him a fiver.....oh wait I do

Harry: W-Why do you owe Death a fiver?

Blue:....Don't worry.....oh yeah, you can continue Hermione

Hermione: A-Anyways, being clever, Death congratulated the brothers on their magic, and said that he would give each of them a prize for evading him.

Blue: What?! That's it! Where is Death?! I should have two gifts!

Harry: You're one person, so one gift

Blue: Hell no!

Hermione: The eldest brother asked for the most powerful wand in existence, the second for the power to recall others from the dead, the third for the ability to go forth from the bridge without being followed by Death.

Harry: Interesting

Ron: I always thought that one of them should've asked for money

Hermione: And so Death gave them each respectively: a powerful wand, a stone to resurrect the dead, and an Invisibility Cloak. The three brothers crossed the bridge and eventually parted ways, and the first arrived in a village seeking another wizard that he had quarreled with.

Blue: Fair enough, if someone pissed me off before and I was given a gun, I would aim down the sights as well

Harry: G-Gun?

Blue: Yeah, the Elder Wand is basically a magic gun. But don't worry, let's just continue with the story

Hermione: Right......the brother won his duel and killed his enemy, then proceeded to brag about the wand and how it made him invincible. That night, another wizard killed him and stole the wand, so Death claimed the eldest brother.

Blue: Hah!

Hermione: The second brother went home and used the stone to recall a woman he was meant to marry. But the resurrected woman was sad and detached living in a world where she did not belong.
