Chapter 106: Chase

Harry: Dumbledore wanted to examine it to see if it was the third Hallow, he might be a descendant of Ignotus Peverell!

Hermione is ready to be skeptical but Harry shows her the letter from his mother to Sirius where she talks about Dumbledore looking at the Cloak, and points out that Dumbledore said he didn't need a Cloak to be invisible.

Then the Snitch falls from the pouch and Harry comes upon another thought that the ring is in the Snitch.

Blue: You might be right

Harry: I'm starting to feel better at these revelations. Wait......oh God, he is after the Elder Wand!

Blue: Is he? Tommy Boy wouldn't know the story of the Peverell brothers, being raised in a muggle orphanage....haha, stupid orphan

Hermione: Blue!

Blue: It's Tommy Boy!

Harry: The fact that he had turned another Hallow into a Horcrux is making that more believable, because he would want to obtain all three Hallows if he knew about them.

Blue: They would make him a "master of Death" after all.

Harry: Tom only knows of the Elder Wand as a very powerful object

Ron and Hermione are both frozen on the spot, both me and Harry cannot understand how they don't recognize the relevance of our discovery.

Hermione: Harry you're getting carried away, Dumbledore would have likely told you about this

Blue: Okay you have a point but I think it's a quest, Dumbledore liked Harry and me. [Whispers] Mostly me. to figure things out for ourselves so he didn't say everything, well it's more like he didn't have enough time

Hermione: What? I can't believe that Dumbledore would do that when you were up against real danger!

She tries to refocus him on destroying the Horcruxes, like Dumbledore asked. She asks Ron to back her up, and he does, though a bit reluctantly.

Eventually it was time for sleep so Hermione takes the first watch, but Harry can't sleep, thinking of the Hallows. I was awake as well so we decided to talk to each other.

Harry: So on the snitch, there are words that say "I open at the close" and I'm trying to think about what the close" is, you have any ideas?

Blue: Nope, got nothing here

Harry: [Sighs] I wish I could find out what Vo-....Tom was up to because for the first time, we want the same thing.

Blue: [Gasps] Are you about to switch sides on us Potter?

Harry: Oh shut up, you know that's not what I meant!

Blue: I know, I was trolling

Harry: God you're annoying. Anyways I think that Xenophilius was right and Hermione was being narrow-minded about the Hallows because she was frightened of them.

(Just realises that Xenophilius believed they were real and Hermione didn't......Oops....oh well, can't be asked to change ALL of that dialogue)

Blue: Yeah but if reincarnation and other worlds exist, I'm sure the Hallows exist

Harry: Yeah....oh damn, I just remembered Luna, I feel ashamed as a friend for not thinking of ways to rescue her.

Blue: How do you think I feel? Look, don't worry, we will save her and I will make sure that we will

Harry: Hey so when I went upstairs, I went into Luna's room and found portraits of me and the others. But there was a separate one of you and her.....getting married.
