"You... I... how did you get in here?" you screamed, backing away, shaking hands balled into fists. He didn't explain, but advanced closer, and it was a relief to see that his sword was stored away in a scabbard, strapped around his back. If he wasn't going to give you an answer, you'd have to force it out of him. "Help! H-"
The Yiga suddenly placed his hand over your mouth, silencing your cries for assistance. "I'm not here to hurt you. Listen, no one can know I'm here, so please don't cry out again. Alright?" You had no reason to trust him - he had certainly shown no mercy to you last night. Still, despite this, you found yourself giving a tiny, sheepish nod. "Now, if I answer your question, will you promise not to tell that I'm here?" Again, another nod. He lowered his hand, and allowed you to back away up to the door. "I'm not going to lay another hand on you, I promise." He too backed away, standing by the window. "You left the window open, so I snuck in and waited until you got back."
Mentally, you facepalmed. Especially with the attack last night, you should have been more vigilant in keeping your room secure. "If you're not here to harm me, what is it that you want? And... might I know your name? It would be a lot more polite, if you're not all bad..."
"I was wondering... oh, it's stupid, really. I was wondering if perhaps you'd let me talk to you in private about something, that's all," he explained, scratching the back of his neck in embarrassment, and gazing away out of the window. He seemed to have ignored your second question. "I understand if you don't trust me, which is fine, but I wanted to ask- Oh, you've gotta be kidding me!" The peaceful Yiga's eyes suddenly widened, and his awkward smile changed to an angry frown.
You advanced a little closer, so that you could see out of the window too. "What? Is something wrong?" He jerked his head to the people outside, and your gaze dropped to the small group. The Yiga was perfectly hidden behind the wall, yet you could see Paya, who glanced up at you and smiled. "Oh, I'd stay quiet for a moment. She is the last person who I would want to see you right now." Your voice was barely louder than a murmur, as you spoke through gritted teeth and waved down at the Sheikah.
"Yeah, no kidding! Okay, maybe we should discuss this another time... Say, midnight, near the old Sacred Grounds? I'm sure no-one will be there at that time, right?"
"Oh, absolutely," you nodded, "barely anyone visits during the day, in all honesty. Paya's coming up here, I suggest that you leave before she catches you." You placed a hand on his arm, as proof that you gave him a little of your trust. "I'll meet you there, alright? But I'm bringing her with me, no fool would meet up with a Yiga without any company. Farewell."
He nodded, heading onto the balcony of the room. "I'll meet the two of you there. Oh, and... Princess?"
"What?"
"Lock the window this time. If not, please at least shut it. Some members of the Clan don't have the same good intentions as me, alright?" As he jumped off of the ledge, which practically stopped your heart, he gave a small salute and disappeared into thin air, in a cloud of red smoke.
You stood there for a moment, wondering if you had made the right decision in trusting him. A knock at the door brought you back your senses, and you hurriedly closed the window, pulling the lock over it. Paya entered the room after you called out to give her permission, holding a scroll, tied with a blue ribbon in her hand.
"We have already received a letter from Zora's Domain. They were quite efficient with their response, in fact, it arrived as dawn broke," she explained, removing the Zora crest, made of the finest silver, and placing it gently onto a table. "You needn't read this, really, as the brief summary is that they have pledged their loyalty. Still, the king wished for your input, as this is really for you and your father's safety."
