"Ok blah blah blah. Let me in now please."

I looked at him, disgusted. Eyes squinted.

"Eww, nag please ka pa. No thanks."

Shortly after, he pushed me aside to grant access to enter the house. The audacity this man had.

He decided to sit by the living room, on the couch. I then closed the door to go sit somewhere near him, because trying to force him to leave would definetely not work.

"..."

"Ano? Titigan lamang? Explain ka na."

"Sabi ko sayo diba, di ako mag e-explain sa taong di ko trust."

"As if I'd gossip about it, Rhi. Come on now."

He was really trying to make me spill. It was annoying me, a lot.

"Oh my God just shut up Jungwon."
"Eto ha? Makinig ka ng maayos. Nakakasawa ka na."

With no hesitation, I started to explain. Fast. I could've become the next K-Pop rapper in a group at that rate. Ok, that's an exaggeration, but you get the point.

"Yesterday, I was heading to the cafeteria to get lunch. I used the path which was outside, by the field. That's when I saw those two shitheads flirting. You know who, Won. I then tried to approach them when they—"

".. Calm down—"

"Were left shook. Boohoo scared. Ampotek. Scared. Worried is the correct word. Anywho—"

"Rhi! Calm down! You're explaining way too fast."

"GUSTO MO NG EXPLANATION, DIBA?"

"..."

"Sorry."

My blood was boiling so much to the point that I shouted at Jungwon. I took my anger out at him, when I wasn't supposed to. I looked down after I had said sorry, feeling super guilty for what I just did.

"It..It's alright, Rhi."
"But start explaining slowly. Please?"

"..."
"O-Okay.."

"Basically, they were worried because they found out I had caught them flirting. Then they tried to explain saakin, na di naman kelangan ng explanasyon. I looked angry, because Mei was my best friend, diba? And Sora was my ex at that point already."

As I was explaining while still looking down, a bit guilty, Jungwon was just there. Staring at me. I didn't know how he looked at me, but he was just quiet. Trying to listen to me explain.

"Mei wondered why I was mad, saying that maybe I still hadn't moved on from Sora."

"Mm."

"I panicked and tried to deny it, saying I was already dating someone. I said it without thinking. She had asked who, and that's when I said your name... And here we are now."

"Mm. So you said it out of nervousness? I see."

"Oo. Sorry talaga Won."
"Gustong-gusto kong sampalin ka."

"Gago ka Rhia"
"Seryoso yung tao dito eh"

"Aba seryoso din naman ako? Gusto nga kitang sampalin. Pwede ba?"

"Inamo. Nagpapaalam pa nga."

We then heard the doorbell ring. Surely that was the food this time. After I received the food, I just decided to share some with Jungwon. We ate quietly, not really paying attention to each other.
