As the week passed by, both Jungwon and Rhia have been hanging out a lot more. They could finally talk to each other properly without any idiotic arguments. They didn't have to worry about rivalry anymore.

Before they knew it, it was already their Christmas break.

I was just at a sari-sari store near our house, buying some snacks. I saw Jungwon with his friend coming closer to the store I was standing by.

"Oh? Ginagawa niyo dito?"

"Ah, hi rhi!"
"Bibili lang naman ng coke"

"Ahh I see"

"Sure ka ba nandito ka lang para bumili ng coke, Won?"

His friend teased as he raised his eyebrows up and down quickly.

"Oo...?"

"Sinungaling ka ngayon ah"

"Tigilan mo nga ako Niks"

Jungwon elbowed him. I just laughed at his friend.

"Hala, may gagawin pa pala ako para kay mama-"
"Sige alis na muna ako, bye Won! Enjoy kayo jan, ahem"

Jungwon scrunched his nose in annoyance.

"Gago ka talagang bata ka!"

He screamed.

As I was eating my snack, I looked at Jungwon.

"Same school ba si... Niks saatin?"

I wondered. He looked back at me,

"Huh? No."
"He's from a different school, and is a year younger in grade."

"Ohh" I nodded to his response.

"May gagawin ka ba ngayon, Won?"

"Wala naman, why?"

"Want to have a game night at my place?"
"Wala lang, bored eh."

"Oh, sure!"

I smiled at his reply.


Minutes later after we finished our snacks, we went to my place to play some games. When I opened the door, I was greeted by Yeonjun standing right at the entrance, smiling in a very cheeky way.

"Kuya..."
"Anong trip mo?"

"Mag dadate night kayo dito?"

I awkwardly panicked.

"Ha?!"
"No?"

He shook his head.

"Anong no?"
"Kasama mo nga jowa mo, no pa sasabihin mo."

"Game night po."

Jungwon added.

"Ahh, game night lang pala"
"Baka anong mangyare sainyo dito sa sala mamaya."

I slapped my brother.

"Kuya! Bibig mo jusko."

"Aray!"
"Ano ba? I'm being a protective brother."

He put his hands on his hips, trying to look cool.

"Jun, mukha kang tanga."

"Aba!"

He replied, slightly looking offended.

We all just laughed. Me and Won settled in the living room. We got some food and drinks, picked some games to play, and enjoyed for the whole rest of the night.

Jungwon

Some games later, I had noticed that Rhia was already dozing off to sleep. It made sense, since it was kind of getting late. I decided not to interrupt her sleep, and proceeded to give her a blanket for comfort. I also went to shut off the TV.

Before I left their house, I gave her a gentle kiss on the cheek and fixed her hair.
