They were then outside the building.

"I feel.. A bit relieved. Do you?"

Rhia looked at Jungwon who was beside her, walking at the same pace as she was.

"Mm, I guess so."

She slightly nodded at his answer.

Rhia stopped, took a step forward, and turned around at Jungwon.

"It feels good that this is over. I guess you can continue hating on me again after tonight, yeah? I don't know."

Rhia said awkwardly as she was looking around the surroundings.

"Kaaway lang naman kita, so I have nothing else to say."

"Oh, and you don't really have to message me or anything, it's not like we're that close."

She kept adding on while Jungwon was just silent.

"So... I guess I'll see you at school as my,,, "enemy"."

Silence entered for a few seconds.

"Okay, this is getting awkward. Uhm, I'll get going now. See you then."

Rhia then turned around and was about to take a few steps forward, but Jungwon suddenly called out her name.

"Rhia."

She turned around once again, facing Jungwon.

"Okay lang ba if I talk to you here for a few more minutes?"
"It won't be long. I promise."

He asked. Rhia nodded, saying she was fine with being there for a few more minutes before heading off.

"Fuck. How do I say this properly."

"Ah, bahala na nga."

"I like you."

"I've liked you a lot ever since, Rhia. You may know me for showing hatred around you since the idiotic incident when we were little, but I took advantage of it in order to deny my feelings towards you."

"But when you confronted me about this whole disaster last week, my feelings towards you found a loophole from being in denial. That is so, I gained feelings again. Hard."

"I thought my actions to you the past few days would've given you a few clues, but you didn't suspect a thing. So now I'm left here with no choice but to tell you this. It doesn't matter if you understand my feelings or not, I just wanted to get this off my chest. That's all."

"This is getting awkward... You may be stunned because of the obvious. I know that all you see in me is "your enemy", and I totally understand."

"Okay, that's all I wanted to say. You may continue seeing me as your "daily kaaway sa school".

"By the way, take this. Open it when you get home. Okay?"

He gave me a small box that was in the color purple.

"I'll see you around? Yeah."

He walked right past me, and I tried to stop him by calling his name, but he ignored it. I didn't know how to react because I had always thought he just hated me for something I could've possibly done to him a while back.

I awkwardly just looked down and tried not to overthink as much. I looked for a taxi and went home.
