After being flung into a world where Hell never invaded, The Doom Slayer and his AI Vega must navigate through this new world of Heroes and Villains. Overwatch must deal with the Hellwalker and his violent methods as well as the demonic threat that...
The Slayer, just a few hours after his initial entrance to this world, was wandering the open roads. He was heading towards the Watchpoint located in Grand Mesa. There he might be able to locate someone who could help them get back to their own universe. It was strange for the Slayer. He has fought demons for eons and dealing with normal human affairs in a way is sort of refreshing. One can cave in the skull of an imp before it all starts to blend together.
Vega: Slayer, I've done some more research on this "Overwatch" team. The two we met back in Dorado were Reinhardt Wilhelm and Brigitte Lindholm. Both of them were closely associated with Overwatch before its closure. But it seems that they're back judging by the recruitment medallion given to you.
Then Hellwalker continued to walk towards the boarder. They approached an incoming issue however. Considering the fact that the Doom Slayer just woke up a few days ago in a separate universe on Mars, he didn't have a passport or really any form of registration. This means that walking in wasn't really an option. Yes he could just waltz through but attracting too much attention was probably a bad idea. But then Vega alerted the Slayer of some new information.
Vega: I have some information that might be useful. After I cut off some of the Praetor Armor's currently unnecessary functions like the hellfire vents and the demonic arena sensor, I've managed to power some unused features. This includes an active camo that will render us invisible.
The Slayer starts to activate it and within an instant he turns invisible. He finds the nearest entrance and walks in no problem.
Vega: I must warn you that these abilities are fairly limited it scale and will recharge often. We lack any argent besides the one in your blood to properly power the armor to full capacity and we don't have an alternative fuel source.
They continue to walk and hitchhike off the back of people's trucks, they made it to Colorado. There they began they're final march towards the Watchpoint in Grand Mesa.
In the skies above Colorado, a vibrant streak of blue and gold tore through the skyline, capturing the attention of anyone lucky enough to witness it. Pharah, the revered armored hero of Overwatch, received an urgent call from the Director of Government Security at Helix Security International.

Helix Director: How's the Raptora test going?
Pharah: Flawlessly, Director. Everything is performing at optimal levels.
Helix Director: Excellent, because tonight, we're going to need it more than ever.
Pharah: Why? What's happening?
Helix Director: I'm sure you've heard the rumors circulating about Talon's activities in the area. Well, thanks to some valuable information we've acquired, we've learned that they are planning a daring break-in at Watchpoint Grand Mesa. We need you to step in and put a stop to it.
