Year: 2023

Location: Orange County, California

Narration: It was a hot summer day in the Orange County of California where the people go about there normal lives with most citizens heading towards there jobs at fast food stops, convenient stores or either the 2 amusement parks like the Orange County Fair or Disneyland. Most would drive to Orange County from where they lived to either hang out with friends or head to one of the 2 amusement parks to walk around, shop and go on any of the rides and see a show or 2 however on this particular day, the life of a 16 year old young man would prove to be very different in more ways than one.

Protag POV: Living in Orange County has always had a positive impact on me growing up and all that it offers is a treasured memory that will never be forgotten. My name is Brook Morison, I'm 16 years old and live in a pleasant neighborhood one of my many favorite hobby's to pass my time is literature witch I guess is why writing all of the events that happened is the best way to ease my mind and to be honest all of the events that led towards today haven't been all that uplifting, my parents disappeared when I turned 10 years old and my grand parents along with my uncle Grant took me in and even gave me a position at the fast food establishment that my gramps has been running for 9 years, "The Toon Force Buffet". All of that was an unexpected surprise, but nothing could ever compare to what recently happened that began a very bizarre adventure, I remember this day to because today would mark the buffets 10th anniversary and as a way to thank the public the buffet would be under construction to upgrade the building. This would also mean that it would be closed and we would have the day to ourselves gramps decided to plan a trip to the Museum of Enchanted Myths a place as the name would suggest, contains exabits of myths that could have been true. As soon as we crossed the other side of the road to get to our destination we had no idea of what to expected as we entered the building, a variety exabit halls filled to the brim with priceless artifacts, relics or weapons and even strange looking clothes as far as the eye could see leaving all 4 of us shocked beyond words.

Me: Wow...look at this place.

Uncle Grant: Talk about getting what you pay for.

Grandpa: yep, isn't this place a beauty.

Grandma: But i wonder why most people would have mixed thoughts about this place?

Grandpa: Well ether way you look at it, were all hear to see the many wonders this place has to offer.

Me: Well then what are we all waiting for?

That said, the 4 of us went our separate ways with both of my grandparents taking the elevator to see what lied on the upper level of the building, my uncle taking the left exabit hall and me walking down the right exabit hallway that had many turns through out the hall but what really cot my attention was the exabit at the far end of the hall. The exabit looked like it had not been touched in years I couldn't exactly tell if this was how it's supposed to look of if anyone really didn't take a moment to stop and tidy up the place and to peak ones curiosity even further the doors where just flat out open.

Me: What in the name of...

As soon as I could finish my sentence, I looked up to see the name of the strange exabit in a withered state but still able to read.

Me(Mind): "The Garden Of Light", well this peeks my interest.

Curious of what I Stumbled upon, I then walked into the rather odd exabit to be met with something that looked like a fairytale brought to life with a chandelier of candles lighting most the room and lamps lighting the other half with paintings and shelves of various artifacts themselves all labeled by plaques with knowledge of what there supposed to do and how they work placed on the pedestal surrounded by a glass lid. It all look so serial as if it all really was real with the artifacts in the middle of the room catching my eye like a moth being drawled to a lamp light I walked in the direction of what looked to be an assortment of 7 mullite-colored that glistened in the narrow light and decided to read the plaque that hung on the pedestal.

Me: "The Seven Prism Stones: Said to grant the wish of whoever gathers all 7 and the source of the Garden Of Lights survival." Well isn't that something to write home about.

In that instant, I caught sight of a rather out of place door against the wall it looked like something out of cartoon with how brightly-colored and overexaggerated it looked especial with how it looked like it could lead to another room aside from the fact that it would have been used for decorated purposes or it could have been used as a gamic like Disneyland's Toon Town. Regardless of whatever the case, I walked towards it and decided to grab and turn the nob for it to surprisingly click and open and as it did I was extremely shocked beyond words as the room in front of me also had a toon-like appearance with there being a projector set in the middle of the room, shelves on the upper left corner and a desk with what looked to be some sort of map with an odd looking brush next to it.

Me(mind): What kind of a room is this?

My thoughts where then interrupted when I herd someone coming in my direction witch lead to me closing the door as quick as possible.

Uncle Grant: There you are Brook, I was wondering you were.

Me: Uncle, what's up?

Uncle Grant: Gramps and Granny are ready to go and they wanted me to get you.

Me: Oh alright, lets be on our way.

The 2 of us then met up with our elders and exit the building making our way towards home during the trip back I had so many questions revolving around the old looking exabit and its secret room wondering who could have possibly made it and what purpose it served to even have an out of place unlocked door that someone could just open and walk through.

World: Wasteland

Location: Mean street

3rd Person: With in the strange world that is Wasteland, strange unexplainable quake's have been occurring with the inhabitance panicking, most buildings crumble and creating cracks through the streets in short nothing but chaos. Most of the citizens believed that the previous causes were the source of this however, there were others who believed that it was a new threat was responsible for these quakes but the truth lied within the castle of wasteland inhabited not by a king or quean but a lucky rabbit and his cat-like lover searching for answers in the royal library with the rabbit and cat looking left and right with there gremlin friend.

Black Rabbit: We've been looking through every book imaginable and yet, there's nothing, ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!

Female Black Cat: I know right, its like all these termers are being caused by something that's out for the wasteland, there's has to be something here.

Gremlin: Oswald, Ortensia! I think I found something that could give us a hand!

The 2 then ran towards a near by desk where they saw a green skinned gremlin in a red jump-suit with a brown blacksmith apron around his waist, long white glove, brown boots and a black bowler hat on top of a leather red pilot hat.

Oswald: Gus, whatcha find that could help?

Gus: take a look at this.

Gus then placed a book with a blue-colored covered book with a strange picture of a heart with a crown on top of it and wings with one of them looking bird-like and the second looking bat-like.

Ortensia: What kind of a book is this?

Gus: It's none as, "The Book Of Prophecies".

Oswald looked at book and was shocked.

Oswald: Where did you get this from, Gus?

Gus: I found this in the middle drawer of the front desk with a not attached to it.

Gus then presents the note in question on top of the table that only read "Us If The Darkness Is Coming."

Ortensia: I guess now's a better time then ever.

And thus, they opened the book and flipped through every pages to uncover the secret of what could be causing the strange tremors that have caused chaos in wasteland and possibly, beyond the world they know that could be connected to others.
