Chapter 22: A Butterfly Effect in 5 Paths

3rd person: A beautiful day had arrived in the city of Japan like many others but on this day in particular, it marks the beginning of Brook, Gadget, Nagisa, Honoka and Hikari's new adventure in another world similar to the previous world they were in. All five soon entered the streets of the city and were met with people passing by, cars strolling through the road and a bus filled with students taking its leave all in all nothing but piece for the time being and folks going about there day. Still just like before they were sure to be on gaurd and wait for the darkness and whatever else in this world struck first this was further indicated by Gadget scanning the peripheral areas with his hand held device made to track negative energy.

Brook: Found anything?..

Gadget: Nothing yet...

Nagisa: So, what are we looking for?

Brook: Well, seeing as how both the heartless and unversed are beings that are both drawn to negative energy or emotions Gadgets tracker first scans through the city looking for any trace of said power.

Gadget: This will soon allow us to track them and soon gain knolage of the location we're in without the need to aimlessly walk in random directions.

Honoka: Witch will soon allow us to know where they'll strike in the city, right?

Gadget: And soon the keyholes location.

Hikari: Witch is what you did when you first came to our world?

Brook: Yep, but so far as expected we have nothing but all we need to do is lay low for the time being and then we make our move.

The group then stopped as Gadgets machine then went off not by negative energy to there surprise.

Gadget: That's odd, it seems to have reacted to another type of energy but what?

Brook then caught something in the corner of the devices sidelight witch seemed to glow a bronze light and fly towards the boy.

Nagisa: What's that!?

Honoka: It looks like...a butterfly?

It soon flew around the group and was off somewhere leaving the group in confusion until they chose to follow the mysterious insect to its destination witch turned out to be a school but the group had no time to think as they soon saw the glowing insect and continued to follow it to a library of sorts.

Gadget: How interesting...

Brook: What are we looking at here?

Gadget: Our new gaud of sorts not only possesses a high amount of energy but seems to have found something in this school let alone its library.

Hikari: Should we go in? After all no one seems to be here.

Brook: Girls got the right idea, get in to find what our new fairy friend wants to show us and get out ASAP.

Honoka: But what if someone shows up or worse?

Nagisa: Then we either hide until the coast is clear or fight whatever comes our direction.

Gadget: We should hurry then, who knows what will happen if we're not quick enough.

The group them entered the library and were shocked to see the abundance of shelves filled with thousand maybe billions of books of different subjects but none the less the started there search with there little friends help. They looked above, below, left and right until they saw a glowing book in the middle of the right shelv Brook then took it and out they went a quick as they could be.

Brook: Well, that wasn't such a chore now was it?

Gadget: We best be on our way.

The group then made there way to the entrance until Gadgets devise went off like crazy showing various signs of negative energy in the area thus giving the signal to be on gaurd and on que the darkness revealed itself. But, to the groups surprise in the form of silver flexible beings that had there long fingers strapped in place by belts as there mouthes literally unzipped open and on top there heads was a white emblem that looked like an upside-down inverted heartless emblem but with the top, left and right corners having a sharp edge.
