Chapter 16: Darkness of the Past Returns

3rd person: As morning of the next day occured, Brook had got up early this day for one thing, training but he wasn't the only one who got up so soon as Nagisa, Honoka and Hikari could be seen in there cure forms as Brook made his way towards them and soon summoned his keyblade as he took his battle stance with the trio following his lead. And thus there training session had commenced with Nagisa throwing punches left and right with Brook dodging and countering with swings and slashes as Honoka soon followed with a flurry of kicks with Brook using a gaurd spell to deflect the onslot he was caught in until he knocked the two back and used pyreaga at the the two who then dodged the balls of fire as Hikari then charged at Brook. She then used her heartiel baton to not only protect herself but to use as a weapon as she then launched it like a boomerang with it being engulfed in energy with Brook throwing his keyblade in the same manner with there weapons clashing and returning to there owners and soon continuing to spar. The three showed now signs of stopping and so did Brook until the three soon started to glow significantly that there spar was over as continuing could cause them to lose control of there power leaving Brooks keyblade to disappear and the girls to revert to there normal self's and go on with there day as per usual.

The day soon continued as usual with the girls at school and Brook patrolling the city for the heartless or unversed while also looking for the heartiel until he felt a strange aura that he soon followed into an alley where he saw a grey leather coated figure. He wondered if he had any relation to the Lost Shadows until he saw the strange white emblem on the back of the coat looking almost like an upside down inverted version of the heartless symbol but before he could get a closer look the figure soon vanished leaving him confused.

Brook(mind): Who was that?

Brook then walked to where the mystery man was to find a strange star-shaped artifact with its appearance reminding Brook of the girls cure forms with a white heart-shaped crystal in the center witch he immediately took to Gadget to inspect.

Gadget: Where did you find this!?

Brook: Long story short, I was going about my daily patrol of the city and saw a grey coated figure who left this. Do you have any clue what it is and what it dose?

Gadget: It's a Star Shard these things are a type of Gummi Block and have the ability to take anyone to were they want to go, this could actually help us in getting to the Garden of Light once we have all the heartiel to revive the Queen.

Brook: So that means, we'll be set?

Gadget: It sure dose, all I have to do is hook it up to the ships main frame and dimensional quardinet system and we should be good to go when the time comes.

Brook: Great! Now all that's left is-

Brook then felt a strong dark mana that ment one thing a heartless assault.

Gadget: Let me guess, the heartless?

Brook: And unversed, let's go.

The two then flew off on Brooks keyblade glider towards the school and landed near the he performing arts building and entered to see that the class Nagisa and Honoka were in had put on a play of sorts that revolved around the historical figure, Benkei. The play was soon intercepted by a swarm of Chinese cultural heartless that soon ambushed the stage as all that were watching fled in a panic and tried to exit the building but the doors were somehow locked and as the heartless marched towards the people Brook then swooped in and slashed at the heartless soon making his way to the stage.
