I have been in NC for couple of weeks now. It has been really good! I'm leaving in two weeks which sucks a lot. Hayes and I have been getting along really well. Nash has been a little bit weird lately that I haven't asked why. I was watching Sky while she was playing outside. Keeda was on my lap. Hayes was out dirt bike riding.

"Hey." Nash said while sitting next to me.

"Hey." He looked at Sky. He looked sad and worried.

"Nash, whats wrong? You have been acting weird lately."

"I know who the father is." With that he covers his mouth.

"You know I don't care about who the father is. When the baby is born or when he/she gets older I would probably know who the father is."

"I think you should know who it is."

"But I really don't want to."

"Its me." With that he kisses me.

Hayes's POV:

I was walking to the backyard. I got Edith some 12 roses because roses are her favorite and thats her favorite number and also since she was finally three months pregnant. I was finally getting the hang of being friends with her. But my feelings for her I haven't lost them. Once I got to the backyard, I see Nash and Edith kissing. I drop the flowers on the back porch. She looks up to me.

"Hayes!" I walk inside and run to my room. Probably, he's the reason why we broke up. So they can be together. I locked my room door. I look straight into the ceiling. I start to cry.

Edith's POV:

"It's me." With Nash kissed me. I didn't feel any sparks or anything that I felt with Hayes. And how can he be the dad. I hear something drop to the floor. I look up.

"Hayes!" He leaves running to his room. "What was that, Nash?!"

"I'm sorry. I just thought for me being the father of the baby. You would want to be together for that baby."

"How do you know your the dad?"

"I didn't tell anybody. But I remember that I had that house party. We both got drunk and we, you know what."

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"I thought you would feel weird. You love my brother not me. And the fact that I'm the father and he's the uncle is weird."

"You have a point. I got to go." He helps me up. I walk up the stairs and straight to his room.

"Hayes?" I knock on the door.

"Leave me alone, Edith. Go and be with Nash. Thats the reason why we broke up in the first place huh?!"

"Please let me explain."

"What is there to explain!?" With he opens the door. I walk inside and close the door.

"Look I'm sorry."

"You say that every time!"

"Please Hayes. Stop yelling."

"Fine then. But explain."

"You know how I don't know who the baby dad is? Nash just told me he's the dad."

"So that gives him the right to kiss my girl."

"He thought that I would want to be with him since he's the dad of my child."

"How is he even the dad?"

"Him and I got drunk one night and we you know..."

"Out!"

"Hayes, I was really drunk and we weren't together at that time. I don't remember anything."

"You know what. You stay here. I'll go."

"Hayes. Please. Don't do this." He goes downstairs and I follow him. He literally socks Nash right in the face and hard. "HAYES!" With that he leaves. I know where he was going. I go to the kitchen and grab a bag of frozen peas.

"I need to find Hayes. Here." I grab Elizabeth's car keys. I drive to where Hayes always dirt bikes. I sat down and watched him. He was going really fast on his bike. He was about to turn and he misses it. He falls off his bike.

"OWWWW!!!" He yells. I walk as fast as I can to him.

"Hayes, are you okay?" I tried to touch him.

"Don't you dare touch me." He started wincing. "Please let me help you."

I stand him up. He puts one arm around my shoulder. And I carry him to the grass.

"I'm gonna need to take off your suit." He nods. I unzip it. He had a few bruises on his ribs.

"Let me take you home so I can clean you up."

"Okay." I get him up and take him to the car.

"Edith?"

"Yeah?" I say while we were on our way to the house.

"Thanks. I'm sorry for yelling at you and blaming it on you."

"It's okay."

"I love you, Edith."

"I love you too, Hayes." We got to the house. I open the door for him.

"I can walk by myself." He stands on his left foot and was about to fall to the ground until I catch him.

"C'mon. I need to take the suit off to see what else happened to you." He nods.

"Let me help you." Nash says.

"Don't touch me." Hayes says. I set him down on the couch and take of his suit.

"Okay. So you have a few bruises on your ribs. And you sprained your ankle."

"How do you know that?" Hayes says.

"The bruises you can tell. And for your ankle since its swollen, I know you sprained you ankle. You can move your ankle but you can barely walk on it. So you would have to rest it okay?"

"Okay. You would become a great nurse."

"Well thank you."
