1) Someone fudged up and made you die too soon
3) You have a chance to isekai
2) Isekai'd you tried to save the day and a higher up wanted to preach bull-and-sh*t about you changing something important
3) You needed to be unconscious enough for the higher ups to hide the body (literally) where it needed to be
4) Death
Elena really hoped she didn't drown.
