Everything went smoothly, and everyone was having fun. 

"Alright everyone, this will be the last area that we'll visit then we can go back home." Tomioka announced to the class. "Aww, we're going home soon already?" Hana asked disappointedly. "We've been here for some time, and maybe we can go here next time." Tanjiro answered. 

They finished visiting everything, and all the groups were getting ready to go back home.

"Follow me and make sure you're not left behind." Tomioka announced once again. 

The students did so, but something was strange. 

"Wait, we're missing one person." Tanjiro said confusedly after counting all the students. 

"KANAO?!"

Earlier

'It was a nice trip after all, so having to go home shouldn't disappoint.' Kanao thought. 

"Eh?" Kanao mumbled confusedly. She tripped over a branch, but no one noticed. 'I CAN'T MOVE MY LEGS??' Kanao thought panickily. 'I twisted my ankle, didn't I?'

Present

"Hana, tell the teacher I'm going back for a moment, Kanao's gone." Tanjiro said. "SHE'S GONE??" Hana asked, finally realizing that she hadn't saw her for a while now. "That's why I'm going back to find her." Tanjiro responded. "Alright, I'll tell the teacher." Hana replied. 

"Kanao where are you?" Tanjiro called out loudly trying to find her. 

With Kanao

'HOW THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO GET BACK??' Kanao kept thinking panickily, there was no one around to notice her and there was no internet connection.

"Kanao where are you" Tanjiro called out. 

'Was that Tanjiro?' Kanao thought. 

"Kanao where are you?" Tanjiro called out again.

"I'm here!!" Kanao responded to Tanjiro's call. 

With Tanjiro

"I'm here!!" Kanao responded. 

'Was that her?' Tanjiro thought.

"Kanao is that you?" Tanjiro asked to make sure.

Back to Kanao

'He heard me!' Kanao felt relieved knowing that someone finally noticed. 

"Yea it's me." Kanao responded.

"Alright I'll go there." Tanjiro said.

Tanjiro had a good nose so he just followed her trail of scent, he's getting closer so it was better to track down than before, the air was full of flower scent so he had difficulties tracking her.

"Kanao! What happened?" Tanjiro asked concernedly, he noticed Kanao on the ground. "I tripped over a branch, and I think I twisted my ankle." Kanao replied. 

"Oh, are you alright?" Tanjiro asked again. "I'm alright, but I don't think I can walk." Kanao replied while pointing out her ankle. Tanjiro crouched down..

"Get on my back, I'll carry you." Tanjiro offered politely. 'HOLY SHIT IS HE OFFERING ME A PIGGYBACK??' Kanao freaked out. "S-sure." Kanao accepted the offer not knowing what to do. She got on his back, he started walking back to the others.

"Ah, there you are!" Tomioka noticed Tanjiro coming back with Kanao. "Hana told me you were looking for Kanao, she got left behind, didn't she?" Tomioka asked. "She tripped and twisted her ankle, so she couldn't walk and got left behind." Tanjiro answered. "That explains why she's on your back." Tomioka said in response. "Alright, you can drop her down at the bus, we'll treat her as soon as we get back." Tomioka ordered. 

Tanjiro's friends eventually noticed him as well, with Kanao on his back.

"Kanao are you alright?" Aoi asked concernedly while approaching Tanjiro with Kanao on his back. "Yea I'm alright, I just twisted my ankle that's all." Kanao answered. 

Shinobu heard about it, so she came over to see Kanao also. 

"Kanao! Are you alright?" Shinobu approached her. "I'm perfectly fine, I just twisted my ankle." Kanao replied. Shinobu gave a soft glance to Tanjiro, thanking him for taking care of Kanao. 

"Your welcome."

Back in the bus

"Thanks." Kanao thanked Tanjiro. "It's the least I can do." Tanjiro responded with a soft smile. 

All of them got back safely, and Kanao got treated as soon as they got back.
