Florence glanced at Daryl as he walked out of the shed, he had bloody knuckles, staring at her with a certain gaze in his eyes. Florence walked over, knowing the look in his eyes and crossed her arm across her chest.

"What is it?" Daryl handed her a bracelet, Florence glanced at it, she opened the locket attached to the chain and shook her head.

"No." She whispered, shaking her head, clutching the bracelet to her chest, Daryl knew it belonged to one of her sisters, the locket had a photo of Mason and Florence, one other girl who he assumed was the other sister and the look on her face was devastating.

"Don't tell Mason about this," Florence begged, Daryl nodded watching as she placed the bracelet on and grabbed her spear from the ground. The man didn't have any time to react before she raced over to the barn and stormed in.

"Where did you get this from!" Florence shouted, pointing the spear at his throat, and showing him the bracelet. The man shook his head, Florence whacked him with the other end of the spear and glared at him. Daryl stood behind the girl, this side of her wasn't expected she was angry and scared. Her shout made him jump, this wasn't expected from a girl like Florence.

"There were these two girls with their dads- not the ones I were telling you about before!" Florence glanced at Daryl, Florence glanced back at the boy and her glare hardened.

"Keep talking."

"The group I'm with, the men went hunting- they were there and killing the dead. They beat them up a little, taking their things-"

"Are they alive!"

"They didn't kill them- the guy killed two of the men before taking the girls and running." Florence shook her head, hitting the man again and glared at him.

"You better fucking me telling the truth."

"I swear I am, the younger-looking one dropped the bracelet as she ran." Florence nodded, then spoke once more.

"How long ago was this!"

"Two weeks!" Florence walked out past Daryl, she had previously set up camp a little further from everyone else, Mason was also setting camp with her and Daryl was close but not too close.

"Florence." Daryl started watching as she shoved a bunch of things into her bag, the girl glanced at him, shaking her head and her anger quickly disappeared. It was replaced by sadness. Daryl grabbed her arm, pulling her closer and hugged her tightly.

"They're out there- I don't know what to do, Mason won't leave until he knows Beth is okay- It was always in the back of my mind that they were dead. They could be dead now-" Daryl took a step back, the girl's face was all red and puffy. Tears continued to pour from her eyes, Daryl searched his mind for words to comfort her but nothing came out.

"What do I tell Mason? Do I tell him?"

"You don't tell him- If you don't know where they are, don't give him false hope. Not until you know." Florence thanked him for his words, Daryl lingered for a moment, the girl dried her tears and walked away.

Later on, Florence stood by Daryl as they listened to Dale try to plead his case about the boy they all held hostage. Florence agreed with Dale, she didn't like the idea of killing someone that hadn't done something bad, he also had seen her family and that motivated her to side with Dale. However, not everyone agreed even after Andrea stood by it as well.

"This group is broken," Dale said to Daryl as he walked out.  Florence glanced at Daryl, not knowing the conversation that Dale had with Daryl earlier in the day. Florence walked out of the building, hid in her tent and waited all night to hear the firing of the gun.

"Florence," Daryl called out, standing by her tent, Florence exited the tent and glanced at Daryl.

"Is he dead?"

"No, Carl showed up- Rick stopped." Florence nodded and sat by Daryl on the grass. She rested her head on his shoulder, taking a breath as she stared at the small fire she had going.

"Thanks for sticking with me, it means a lot- I need it."

"I'm only doin' what you'd be doin' for me." Florence smiled, she lifted her head off Daryl's shoulder and rested a kiss on his cheek. She placed her head back down, not seeing the flustered look that appeared on his face.

The two both jumped up hearing a cry for help, they ran instantly and found a walker killing Dale. Daryl killed the walker, Florence grabbed the old man's hand and looked at him panicked. Rick took over, and the girl stood back and had her hands covering her face. She watched horrified, tears rolled down her cheeks and turned away, covering her ears as Daryl took the gun off Dale and whispered to the man before he shot him.

Florence gathered with everyone as they buried yet another body, listening to the speech made her cry more than she wanted to. Four of them went out, starting to kill walkers, making the place secure for them o to live in, Florence couldn't handle another death, couldn't handle losing someone else, so Florence moved her items into the house.

Mason and Florence grabbed a corner away from the door, it was away from everyone else and allowed them to have their own personal space. Mason spent a lot of the day talking with Beth, it was good to see the girl on her feet and doing better since the barn incident.

Florence walked out, took a breath and felt the wind on her skin. Florence sat on the porch, rubbing her face, she fiddled with the bracelet and shook her head. Daryl sat beside her, she grabbed a small bag and handed it to Daryl.

"What's this?" He questioned, Florence smiled fondly and rested her hand in her lap as she waited.

"Medicines, nothing from the pharmacy, it's all herbal, made them all after what happened last night. Couldn't sleep. What each one is for, is on the jar, might be useful for when you go out." Daryl thanked the girl, he glanced at the girl who fiddled with the bracelet that was found and took a breath.

"Ain't never met a girl like you," Daryl stated, the girl glanced at him and raised a brow.

"What makes me different?"

"Most of the girls I met come from the same background, you're smart and you've got a good heart. Haven't met a girl who cares as much as you do or who can do this stuff." Florence smiled at Daryl, it made her grin and smile.

It disappeared once Rick began shouting, they ran over and looked to see the kid was missing. They all searched panicked, looking for a sign and trying to figure out what happened. Shane came running down, with a bloody nose, screaming and shouting about how the kid got away.

Rick ordered Glenn and Daryl to come with him while everyone went inside the house. Florence waited inside, Mason stood by Florence's side as she wait by the window, watching the field. Florence was worried for the three boys, she didn't trust Shane and knew that something was happening.

"You've got feelings for Daryl." Florence nodded, glancing at Mason and smiled.

"You like Beth," Florence whispered, giggling as her brother blushed and glanced away.
