"Alright, we are here. See that building over there?" Ian pointed at a large building, HOSPITAL was written on the main door, it was barely visible with how faded the colors were, and it surprised Ryan how it even stayed for that long. The traffickers had probably repainted it over and over again.

"What's your plan?" he asked as he squinted his eyes, trying to see how many traffickers are guarding the entrances.

"... There is an opening in one of the walls that is usually not checked on. I don't see any guards at all though," Ian hesitated as his eyes scanned the area. There was literally no one around the building.

"Isn't that good?" Ryan raised an eyebrow at him as he turned to look at him.

"It should be. Let me go check first, they could be gathered inside instead," Ian inhaled sharply before he started making his way to the hospital, making sure to keep himself hidden as he got closer and closer to where the opening was supposed to be.

Ryan watched as his partner peeked through the opening from afar before he jolted back with his hand over his mouth and nose. Ian motioned for Ryan to come down, and he complied, quickly running to where Ian was.

"What's wrong man?" he asked as soon as he reached him, worried that something bad was going to happen.

"They are all dead," Ian looked through the opening again before he nodded his head inside.

"Huh...?" Ryan placed a hand on his shoulder and pushed him slightly so that he could have a look.

"What the fuck? I- oh God..." he quickly placed a hand over his mouth and nose when he got a whiff of the blood. The smell was overwhelmingly strong, and blood was everywhere. Many of the traffickers were deformed beyond recognition.

"Whoever did this... Is not a person. Stay alert, we go in and out like lightning. They store body parts in one of the rooms in the basement," Ian pulled out his map and pointed at a room in the basement right next to the staircase across from them.

"Right. Let's go," Ryan tried to sound strong, but his voice was higher than normal. He was understandably scared, terrified even, but he was not about to go back empty-handed, not when he was so close.

Ian went first, looking both ways and making sure not a thing goes by unheard. His eyes were wide and alert as his hand was holding the gun firmly.
Screams were coming from the room at the very end of the hallway, followed by the cries and begging of the traffickers. There was another, horrifying deep voice. Someone was laughing amidst all that.

"Move! Quickly!" Ian ran to the staircase with Ryan stuck to his side. The room they were headed to was completely empty, and extremely cold. Each organ had its traits written on top of the container that held it.

Ryan's eyes scanned the room, searching for what he was looking for. They stored the organs of each person separately, so there was no way of just looking based on the type. He needed a heart, a young person's heart.

"Will this one do? The blood type is O negative too," Ian said as he pointed at one of the refrigerators. Ryan quickly went to where he was and looked at the information sticker.

Sex: M
Age of Death: 13
Blood Type: O-
Type of Death: Punishment. Infection.
Organs Taken: Lungs. Heart. Kidneys. Liver.
Note to the distributor: L's organs were taken before they were affected. No harm in case of usage. Sell for high, L's size is rare and his blood type is rarer.

"Poor kid. Considering the way he died, he was probably enslaved by them," Ian shook his head and did a little silent prayer before he opened the fridge and took out the container containing the heart.

"Here. Let's go before it rots," he handed the heart to Ryan who was looking at the fridge sympathetically. He wasn't a fan of this, but there was no other way. He was willing to put his morals down just this time for his daughter. He took the container and placed it firmly inside his bag before they both exited the room and ran outside the building.

The screams had toned down into sobs and cries when they reached the ground level. The monster was still inside that room, talking? To someone. They didn't bother looking, running back to the lab instead. The last thing they needed was a confirmed death by whoever was murdering the traffickers.

......................................................................

"Well... That was fast. I thought we will have to raid several of their bases to find a match," Tom looked at the two guys who were leaning on their knees, panting from all the running they had to do.

"We got lucky, Some monster decided to wipe the traffickers off the face of the earth in that base, so we didn't face anyone. Motherfuckers had some kid's organs stored in the first fridge we saw. He must have died recently," Ryan huffed as he tried to catch his breath, he took the container out of his bag and handed it to Tom.

"... I'm not sure if I consider that unfortunate or fortunate in our situation. Hopefully, he's resting in peace now, at least his heart won't be going to some asshole," Tom said before he took the container from Ryan and did a little prayer before he opened the lid.

The container was ice cold, but it was obvious that it won't be long before the organ becomes unusable.

"Let's get into it before it's too late. I already prepped her for surgery, I need one of you to assist me," Ryan looked horrified at Tom as he looked at him.

"You want me to watch you cut my daughter open? And not faint?" Tom gave Ryan a look before he turned to Ian, who shrugged in response.

"Sure, but you need to be extra clear with me because I'm not experienced with kids," Ryan even looked more horrified at Ian.

"I just need you to hand me shit for fuck's sake!" Tom snapped.

"Calm down doc. I'll do it," Ian laughed it off before he looked at Ryan.

"You wanna stay or wait outside?" he asked.

"...I'll stay. I'll leave when I faint," This made Ian snort at him, and he looked at him with dismay.
