"There she is!" Sawyer says once he sees me walking down the stairs and I smile at him, my eyes drifting over to the older woman beside him who looks up at me.

I notice her light brown eyes watch me warmly, her brown hair pulled into a bun with white streaks in it, her lips pulling into a soft smile as she looks at me.

"Harmony, this is Edna. And this is Harmony, Sebastian's girlfriend." Sawyer smirks at me while I roll my eyes and stick my tongue out at him.

"I'm not his girlfriend, I'm his student." I say firmly when he shrugs indifferently while the woman smiles at our exchange with interest.

"It's great to you meet you Edna, Sawyer told me a lot about you. Happy birthday." I say and she smiles even wider, if possible.

"She's not a hugger, though." Sawyer warns Edna who frowns momentarily.

"Oh, is that so? Thank you honey, it's good to meet the girl Sawyer couldn't shut up about." She says cheekily while I raise a brow at Sawyer who just shrugs.

"All good things, I hope." I say when she laughs, her eyes crinkling at the corners.

"Don't worry dear, they were amazing things. Now where is that grumpy old fart?" She says looking around when I frown, confused, just as I hear footsteps heading down the stairs.

Looking up, I see Sebastian walking down in all his handsome and annoying glory, his hair wet from the shower he probably took while he wears a plain navy blue t-shirt with black sweatpants, pushing his hair back with his hands.

Wait, he actually owns clothes other than suits?

"Someone's drooling." Sawyer says in a sing song voice.

I immediately shut my mouth which I just noticed was open while I was checking out the handsome businessman who seems amused by my behaviour as I turn away from him and mentally facepalm.
