"I don't understand this one." I looked at the professor, sitting on his swivel chair behind his desk, glasses perched on his nose that made him look so cute.

He looked up from his laptop and stared at me for a good moment before nodding once.

"C'mere." He said and I got up, walking over to him, aware of his eyes skimming down my bare legs as I stood in front of him just as he pulled the chair back and reached out for me, pulling me into his lap.

I gasped, landing onto him and watched his face with a shocked expression.

"What are you doing?" I asked him but he simply ignored me, swinging my legs over his so I was sitting sideways on him.

He gingerly took my laptop from my hands, placing it on his desk after moving his away, clicking here and there as he started to explain everything to me.

"Is everything understood now?" He asked after a while, his warm palm on my bare thigh when I swallowed thickly and nodded.

"Understood. Can I– Can I get up now?" I looked at him questioningly.

"No." He said and I frowned.

"But I have to complete the rest of my assignment, and I'm sure you have work to do too." I tried to tell him but he just wouldn't listen.

"You can work from here, I'll watch you." He said nonchalantly and scoffed.

"Way to be creepy, Maverick." I rolled my eyes when he squeezed my thigh and chuckled, running his nose along the length of my neck.

"You made me this way, kitten." He rasped and I felt his gravelly voice do things to me.

Things I'd rather not acknowledge as his hand travelled higher but I shot out of his lap in a split second.

"I need water... Yeah, water... I'll be right back." I coughed awkwardly and hurried out of the office, not a stranger to the smirk on his face when I rushed out.

I added down to the kitchen, drinking a glass of cold water when I spotted the leftover cake from Edna's birthday in the refrigerator and took it out, feeling peckish all of a sudden.

Some of the frosting got on my fingers as I cut up a slice for myself, and as I brought my finger to my mouth someone else grabbed my wrist, making me yelp in surprise.

"Calm down, kitten, it's me." He spoke from behind me and I breathed a sigh of relief when I recognized who it was, but my shock came right back when he brought my finger to his lips, licking it clean.

He hummed, the sound settling in my stomach like a dull ache as I rubbed my thighs together unknowingly, watching his finger scoop up some frosting from the cake and shivered when I felt the cool icing spread on my neck.
