Surprise?

RECAP:
"Listen Luke, I'm really sorry about Aleisha, and everything that happened tonight" she spoke.

" Nah, forget it lets have some fun okay? I mean it's your second day here and your already worrying about me? Let's go."

I felt bad that she had to deal with shit on her first day here so I wanted to make it up to her.

"Where?" she asked looking confused at me.

"It's a surprise"

"Ugh, I hate surprises, but for u I'll come"

CARTER'S POV:
"So where are we going?" I asked again

"I told you I'm not telling you" he said while we were walking.

"Fine but can u at least tell me how long we're gonna be there in because it's getting late?"

"Fine were here about now"

"Oh okay, that was actually pretty quick" I said while he chuckled

"Wait, Luke u brought me to a dog park?" I said annoyed like always

"No come with me" he said as he held out his hand for me to take, I gladly took it and started walking right behind him.

"Look" he said when he stopped walking.

"Wow Luke, this is beautiful" I said in shock.

We were in this beautiful part of the park where there was a big lake and a big tree with lots of green grass on the ground. It was truly beautiful.

The stars are out and it was just so beautiful.

LUKES POV:
She looked so amazed when she saw where we really were, it made me smile because she had this huge smile on her face that was beautiful.

"Luke why did you bring me hear, I mean its beautiful and just"

I cut her of

"Carter i brang u here because I felt bad that you had to deal with all the shit today" I explained

"Thank you Luke" was all she said as we lied down on the grass and stared at the stars.

I couldn't stop staring at her she was so beautiful "Hey it's not nice to stare!" She said while she was laughing

"I-I wasn't staring!"

"Yes you were Luke, even though I've known you for only a day I can tell when your lying" she said

" fine I was staring"

"Ha! I knew it"

"But that's only because I think your beautiful."

Wait did I just say that oh loud... Wait I did!! OMG I CANT BELIEVE I JUST SAID THAT OUT LOUD!!!

CARTER'S POV:
Wait what the fuck did Luke just say did he just say 'But that's only because I think your beautiful' holy frick!!

"Uhh..Luke..did you just say..." I trailed off. While I sat up.

"Uhh.. Well yes I think I just did, I'm sorry" he said nervously while he sat up too.

"Umm.. Well it's okay, I mean-I- I get that you mean it but u have a girlfriend and if u do anything more you would be cheating on her, yah know?"

"Yah I get it" he said as he looked into my eyes.

His deep blue eyes locked together with my green ones and we just sat there staring at each other until I felt our lips brush against each other then he started leaning in and we almost kissed until I pulled away.

"Luke, I.. I can't" was all I could say

"But why?" He asked

"I just-as much as I want to I can't because you have a girlfriend remember"

"I know I'm so sorry, but can we at least still be friends?"

"Um.. Yah but nothing more because your with Aleisha"

"Yah I know"

"Okay, umm we will maybe talk later okay i should get going"

I said because it was already getting really late and my dad would probably be pissed while my mom would be actually be kinda happy that I hanged with a boy.

"Umm.. Okay then I'll see u later Carter, it was amazing getting to know you" he said as he got up and hugged me.

"Yep you too, if u need anything than just knock on my window!"

"Hahaha sure".

"Thanks for today" I said as I got up.

"Your welcome, thanks for standing up for me".

"No problem Bye" I said as I walked away and quickly made my way back home.

About 15 minutes later I was home.
I shut the door and leaned against it taking a deep breath in.

"Where have you been young lady?" A voice out of no where came which scared me.

"Oh mom! Hey! I was out with Luke the boy next door"

"Really?" She said as she came up to me and hugged me tightly.

"Okay mom what happened to serious mode mom?"

"Sorry, was he nice did u guys go out for dinner or something?"

"Mom he's nice but he has a girlfriend, and plus we are only just friends okay?"

"Yah okay, wait honey he has a girlfriend?"

"Yah why?"

"Awwwww...I'm so sorry honey now u can't be with him.." My mom said as she came and kissed my face.

"Ugh.ewwww mom just stop, I don't need a boyfriend Im only 13!"

"Fine I'll get off your shiz" she said laughing as she walked into the kitchen.

"Hahaha goodnight mom!"

"Night honey"she responded back In laughter. Sometimes my mom can be so annoying but at the end i love her.
