As I opened my eyes and my consciousness coming back after that good night sleep, I felt my chest heavier than usual, and when I looked at it to see what was the reason, I saw Ai sleeping peacefully on my chest. Her small snores sounded cute. I tried to pry her off of me but she wouldn't let me go.
The more I tried to get her off of me, the tighter her embrace of me gets so I decided to give up for now and count until six hundred at the pace of a second per number. The sun is already fully up so once the ten minutes is over, I will be on my way to school. I will just apologize for forcefully prying her off of me, and I hope she will understand as to why.
Fortunately, at the count of three hundred she woke up.
"Good morning, Kiyotaka~" she drowsily spoke and then yawned.
"Good morning, Ai," I replied back. "Do you mind lying down in bed? I would feel bad if I just shake you off of me while still being half-awake."
"Just five more minutes. Is that alright?"
"Ok."
A part of me felt a little bit relieved that she remembered what happened last night.
"I feel so sore..." Whining about her sore legs, Ai then buried her face on my chest.
"My bad." I patted her head.
"Anyway, Kiyotaka. Is there anything you like me to cook?"
"Just eggs, and make sure it's runny, please?"
"Got it!"
"Thanks, Ai."
With that, I head out of the room and went to the bathroom. As I was walking to the bathroom, I walked past a mirror and saw a glimpse of red marks in my collarbone.
I was curious as to what it was and walked closer to the mirror. It later turned out to be bite marks, probably from last night. A thought then came into my mind and so I turned around.
Other than bite marks in front of me, I also have several scratches on my back, all of it were tinted with the color red.
I sighed...
Just what would I do if today is scheduled for physical education and I can't pretend to be sick? I also can't just take an absent until these marks disappear since today is just my second day of school.
I am already notorious in our class, or worse, in the whole school for acing a transferee test. I don't know if that's a really impressive feat to pull off but I can't afford to leave a bad impression to my classmates, heck to schoolmates as well.
I can pretend to be sick but it comes with many cons such as being unbelievable as I was pretty well just yesterday, not to mention it was Kujou who was with me.
Should I just injure my leg? Break one of my fingers, or dislocate it?
Injuring my leg would be idiotic since these marks will disappear in about a day or two but that also guarantees an immediate excuse from joining in from any physical activities.
Breaking a finger that is...
But maybe I should do it later...
After I finished taking a bath, I immediately went to the wardrobe and changed to my uniform.
Once I finished changing, I immediately went to the kitchen. On the table were the eggs I asked Ai to cook for me. But firstly...
"Why are you only wearing an apron? Where were the clothes you wore earlier?"
