"Whoaaaa!!! Amazing!" Shiro and the others couldn't maintain their composure and exclaimed after seeing the mesmerizing view of the beach——the azure blue sky, the white sandy beach and the sea stretching out in front of them.

"Pretty good, right?" My mother said with a smile, clearly proud showing off her property as she was getting off the car.

"I know it's pretty late to ask this but are Madoka, Airi, and Toru fine with you leaving them out?" I queried.

Had Ai not been pregnant, she would've insisted on my mother to let her and the others join in on the fun too.

"Well, I honestly feel bad for them, but since you managed to persuade Shizuku-chan into joining Noctchill, I suppose that can't be helped, specially since you got Ai pregnant in the first place," she whispered the latter part in my ears while smiling menacingly.

I slightly felt a cold chill running down my spine after hearing her cold whisper.

"Yeah, that was my bad," I sweat dropped.

"Anyway, you all can stay here for as long as you like, just call Matsuo-san if you feel like living already."

"Hold on, are you leaving already?"

It took us about three hours to travel but she's already leaving? Nah, I can hardly see that happening, I have a hunch she's going somewhere.

"I'll just be at the villa. My back hurts from sitting."

"You're getting old," I joked.

"What was that?"

"N-Nothing..." I shook my head in terror.

Were women always this scary?

"Good," the woman smiled, "I'll be seeing you guys in the villa if you need anything, alright?"

"Thank you very much, Ma'am!" They all thanked my mother with a bow.

After she left and entered the large house, my friends immediately went to the sea. Shiro however, walked towards the back of the car and grabbed a couple of shovels with a grin.

"...What's that for?" I deadpanned, unable to come up with any possible use of the shovel other than digging.

"For digging quite obviously," he said.

"But why dig?"

"Alright!" He exclaimed. "Listen very well to Shiro-sensei, Kiyotaka!"

I stared at him with a deadpanned expression once again while urging him to explain what is the significance of digging in the beach.

"Tsk, tsk, Kiyotaka you poor soul," he shook his head jokingly. "It's no fun going to a beach if you don't bury someone in the sand, now would it?"

"...I really don't see the fun in getting buried alive."

He sighed before handing me the other pair of shovel he was holding.
