(Y/n) and Sidon were now towing their wagon on a road in Hyrule Field, which was a place the two of them agreed to get out of as soon as possible. They have heard from some passing travelers how the area was known for some fearsome thunderstorms. The pair, being Zora, did not want to linger around long enough to find out how it was like to be electrocuted. The Zora were weak to lightning."You said there should be a bridge to our left that we can take to get out, correct?" Sidon cast a glance behind to (Y/n), who nodded. "Yes, Orsedd Bridge." She confirmed, before sighing. "I can't wait to get out of Hyrule Field. The mere thought of a sudden storm coming in scares me..." She shuddered.
"Let's not think about such possibilities. Let's just enjoy the view, and discover more new plants." Sidon gave her an encouraging smile, before the two then spotted... a unique looking spot.
The two then looked at each other, giving the other an understanding, silent nod, before they then pulled the wagon to the place.
There was a cherry blossom tree, with a strange rocky structure situated in front of the tree. The surrounding ground was covered with loads of fallen cherry blossom petals, and the light pink stood at a contrast against the vibrant green of Hyrule Field.
"The outside world is full of so many colors..." Sidon looked in awe, going to reach up to feel at the pink petals with a bright grin. The spot looked ethereal, as if it came straight out of a painting.
"And look what we have here!" (Y/n) grinned excitedly as she then spotted something just beside where the prince was standing, causing his eyes to shift down. "A... sort of plant?"
"Not exactly. This is an Endura Carrot! Super rare to find, and cooking this up gives us extra stamina. Like, let's just say if unfortunately a storm was to pull in. All we would have to do is cook this up in a dish, eat some of it, and we can dash our way out of here without running out of breath!" (Y/n) grinned as she went to crouch down, same with Sidon.
"But... Why is this in the ground? Is someone trying to hide it from others? The other plants we found were above the surface." He pointed out with a curious head tilt, which made (Y/n) giggle. "Some plants grow in the ground, and this carrot is one of them. I promise, with just a quick rinse, these carrots would be good to consume!" She grinned, before going to tug it out of the ground, so the prince could get a better look of it.
"Does that mean that we could have missed some plants simply because they grow in the ground?" He asked, as she shrugged. "It's very possible, but let's not sweat it, okay? Hyrule is a big place with a lot of interesting sights to see." (Y/n) gave him a grin, as she went to put away the carrot in their dedicated food compartment.
When she was doing so, that was when she heard the strangest noise... like the neigh of a horse, but not quite.
(Y/n) quickly turned around to see where the noise had came from, only to let out a scream of surprise from the ghostly sight before her.
It appeared to be... Some kind of horse, but the only thing horse like about the being in front of her was it's body. It had strange hooves for a horse, and it's head was like nothing she had ever seen.
It's four golden eyes peering at her, it let out another neigh, before suddenly disappearing into the sunlight, but not before something even stranger was heard. It was the voice of the woman who first spoke to her when (Y/n)'s stone started to act strangely.
"Beware... Of the Depths..."
"(Y/n), what is wrong?!" Sidon questioned, immediately unsheathing his lightscale trident and getting into a fighting pose, his golden eyes looking around in alert.
