While Link was on the search for the prince, (Y/n) and Zelda had decided to have a little chat in the meanwhile. (Y/n) was still in awe that Zelda was indeed the princess of Hyrule. She was just so personable and down to earth, in both her attire and in her attitude. Sidon was just like that, too... And suddenly (Y/n) was worrying about him all over again.Zelda noticed this with a soft laugh. "You really do love Sidon." She noted, causing the female Zora to nod with a soft smile.
"More than anything. I honestly didn't think I had a shot with him because of so many different things, but yet, here we are. It is all still a bit unbelievable to me, but, my life up to this point has been anything but believable." (Y/n) let out a laugh, going to refocus on the work in front of her.
Zelda's eyes looked down at the items she was working on with a smile. "Would you be able to squeeze Link and I into your schedule before the festival? You look quite busy already." She questioned with a hum.
"Oh, of course! Don't worry about this, it's not going to eat up all my time." (Y/n) smiled, absolutely adoring the idea of personally making something for both Hyrule's hero and it's Princess. She could already imagine how she would be advertising that. Oh, the possibilities!
"What are you two looking for in particular?" (Y/n) asked, switching to her business mode while the princess pondered the question over. "Well... I know Link would like something durable to hold up his hair. The hair tie he is wearing right now is past it's prime, and ripping to the point you could see the inner band." Zelda hummed, as (Y/n) was then putting her stuff aside, and getting her sketchbook to draw up some possible design ideas for such a thing.
"Here is what I am thinking for him... A silver hair clip. I can engrave some classy designs on it, and I will make it sturdy with his lifestyle in mind. I'll infuse the silver with some gems so that it will be immune to all the elements, so he wouldn't have to worry about it conducting electricity, burning him, or freezing him." (Y/n) smiled as she continued to sketch up some ideas for said hair clip, while Zelda looked on impressed. "You could really make a hair clip like that?"
"Of course! Since it will be small, it would not take me long at all to make. Now, what are you thinking for yourself?" (Y/N) questioned with a smile, as Zelda thought on it for a moment.
"I would like a sort of hair bun cover, something simple but elegant for the event. My hair has been a bit troublesome to deal with recently, always getting tangled or caught on something. I am thinking of getting a hair cut soon to deal with that problem." Zelda thought aloud with a soft sigh.
"Alright, hair bun cover... That will also not take me long to make." (Y/n) noted as she was then making sure to write these orders down. "That does sound annoying, though. If a hair cut would solve the problem, then you should go for it." (Y/n) encouraged, causing the princess to smile.
"Thank you. I suppose one of the reasons I haven't done so yet is because I am unsure if it would suit me. Though my outfits have been more functional recently, I would like to dress up more often, when the time permits. As a Princess, there are so many responsibilities on my shoulders that it becomes difficult to look after the little things, such as fashion." Zelda murmured, before shaking her head.
Zelda then looked up at (Y/n). "From one princess to a soon-to-be other, just remember that sometimes your best will not be enough, and that it is okay. If you keep trying, you will get a handle on any situation with time. There will be many pressures on you, and you will just have to remind yourself that you are doing the very best that you can for your kingdom. The people will see how much you care, and that is what matters the most." She advised (Y/n).
So it seems royals across the board were inundated with so many responsibilities. Would (Y/n) even be able to handle all of her future duties? It made her worried...
