The King went out of the youngest Prince's room. Glancing directly at his sons.

Prince Wilbur stared at the floor. He did not want another session with his father. He had also heard Prince Tommy's conversation with their father.

Prince Technoblade on the other hand was standing straight and looked to their father as form of respect.

"Prince Wilbur, Prince Technoblade, come. To my office." He motioned for them to follow him.

They walked behind. Their every footstep echoed through the quiet halls. Prince Wilbur was panicking from the inside. He knew he's in trouble. He regrets ever thinking of sneaking Tommy out. Now they're in even more trouble than before.

They had arrived at the King's office.

"Prince Wilbur what is the cause of your stubborness?" The King asked turning to Prince Wilbur.

"I am being wrongly accused, your majesty." Prince Wilbur replied, tilting his head up slightly.

The King turned his attention to Prince Technoblade. With him knowing what he is supposed to do, he answered.

"He was sneaking Prince Tommy out of his room, father." Prince Technoblade replied.

The King was shocked. "How could you do such a thing Prince Wilbur!" He shouted.

"I was doing what was right for him." He replied glaring at his father.

"He is forbidden from leaving his room, Prince Wilbur. What you did was unjust!" He glared back at his son.

"Keeping him inside his room for the rest of his life is not fine! I don't care what you have to say for it! I am sick of this castle! I'm sick of its rulers!" Prince Wilbur shouted. Earning a slap from his father.

"How dare you say that about your family." Prince Technoblade replied in his monotone voice.

Prince Wilbur rolled his eyes at his brother's attempt to join their argument.

"You will be forbidden from ever visiting Prince Tommy." His father stated.

Wilbur stared in shock and disgust. Without him, Tommy would be alone. No one in this castle would be nice enough to actually care for him.

He immediately left to his room. Locking his bedroom door.

He doesn't want this royal life. It's all about who's in power. They always get to choose. They get to pull the strings. They get to control everything in their territory.

"I know what I should do." He whispered to himself.

He immediately grabbed a bag and packed a few clothes. He brung some clothes that could fit Tommy as well. They're going to flee the palace. It doesn't suit them.

He packed everything they could possibly need. He grabbed his emergency food stash and stuffed it into the bag. Money bills costing about 100,000 to supply them of their daily needs.

He was preparing for this moment. And now it came. He just needs to inform his brother.

He walked out of his room. No one followed him. 'Good'

He walked towards his brother's room. He knew he was forbidden from doing that, but who's going to stop him from getting to his brother? His father's stupid orders? That's nothing.

It's merely words that left his father's mouth.

He opened the door to see his brother standing inside. Staring into... Basically nothing. He was crying. It was very obvious he was..

"Tommy? You there?" Wilbur asked dashing beside his brother. But he received no response.

Wilbur got a better glance at Tommy. No reaction. 'Is he deep in thought?' Wilbur asked himself.

'Should I check his eyes? I saw a book in the library indicating I should check his eyes for change or difference. Even if it's fictional references, I should check.' He thought and did as he said.

He stared wide eyed at his brother.

His eyes were a dull blue. Specs of green and red appearing ever so slightly.

'What was that thing I read in that book.... Oh no. Don't tell me the Egg and it's mysterious accomplice got to him!?' He thought.

-

"Is that Prince Wilbur!?"

"I believe so. What do we do about this?"

"Send the servant."

"As you wish, my Eggy companion."

-

Someone barged into the room. Locking the door behind him.

"Quackity? What are you doing here?" Prince Wilbur asked turning his attention to the door.

"I was summoned here, Prince Wilbur." He replied.

"Ok. Help me with Tommy!" Prince Wilbur stated frantically.

"What has happened to him, your highness?" He asked.

"The Egg! It's gotten to him!" Wilbur replied.

-

"He knows...."

"I'll let the servant handle this. He knows what he's doing."

-

"I'm afraid I cannot help you..."

"Why not?"

"You are not supposed to know if the Egg's plans"

"You're infected by the egg..." Wilbur realized.

"And you're trapped dearest Prince."

-

"You must go there, Dream."

"Okay fine." Dream sighed.

-

"I...I" Prince Wilbur backed a few steps.

"You're little brother is ours now, Prince Wilbur."

"He's not! Tommy! I know you can fight it!"

"He can't."

"Why isn't anybody in this palace hear the commotion going on here!?"

"We have used some magic to prevent that from happening."

Prince Wilbur backed away even more until he bumped into something. Or preferably, someone.

Wilbur jolted when he felt someone behind him.

"Hello Prince Wilbur." Dream said placing his hands on Wilbur's shoulders. Making the Prince flinch in response.

"Who are you." Wilbur asked.

"Oh. I'm Dream. The egg's companion. And the one responsible of taking control of the people the egg cannot persuade." He answered.

"Let go of my brother." Prince Wilbur ordered.

"I'm afraid I cannot do that yet. But the egg would really love a word with you, dear Prince." Dream replied.

"I don't want to talk with some stupid egg." He replied, his anger rising by the minute.

"Do not talk about the egg that way. And for the record, if they command I remove my control over your brother, I will do so. Your brother's freedom is in their hands." Dream taunted.

Wilbur looked down. He would do this for his brother. So that they'll be happy.

"F*ck you." Wilbur stated.
