Chapter nine

I woke up around ten in the morning. I saw that Tobias was not in the bed. I got and saw him watching TV in the front room.

"why aren't you at work?" I asked.

"I called in saying that we had a hang over, and couldn't make it." he said.

"We. So you mean you called in me too?" I asked.

"Yeah. We could use the day off, I mean, we were up all night." he said.

"Speaking of that, did anyone say anything?" I asked.

"Max and Eric are going around asking people if they know about it. I'm sure some one will say it was us, but if they ask us, say it was for cake." he said.

"Yeah, I remember what Zeke said last night." I said.

"I got you breakfast. It's on the counter." he said.

"Thanks." I said.

I walked over to the counter and grabbed the muffin. I saw that my parents weren't in the apartment.

"Where did my parents go?" I asked.

"They went to talk with the rest of the abnegation." he said.

"Oh." I said.

I sat down next to him on the couch. We were watching some weird TV show. I ended up falling asleep on him.

I woke up when Tobias was shaking my shoulders.

"What?" I asked.

"It's almost lunch." he said.

"Really?" I asked.

"Yeah. I wonder if they cleaned up the damage we made." he said.

"I don't know." I said.

I got up and realized i didn't change out of my sleeping clothes. I got up and got some clothes to wear. I also took a shower while doing so. When I was done, I got dressed, and then me and Tobias walked down to the dinning hall.

I saw that the hall ways were still covered in silly string. Once we got to the pit, I saw it was the same as last night. I silently laughed to my self.

We got to the dinning hall and it still had silly string as well. I guess that Dauntless are too lazy to clean it. Maybe they'll get the Abnegation to do it. Or Abnegation will do it on their own.

We sat down at our regular table. Only Peter, Shauna, and Christina were there.
