Or Maybe It's Just Love

"Can we do it again next week!?" Bonnie jumped out of the limousine.

"Wait, what!?" Clemont stepped out of the car behind Bonnie.

"Sorry Bonnie, but I don't think we can. I have a concert scheduled on Saturday next week, we were lucky enough to go this week." Serena said, tiredly.

"Well maybe we can go on Sunday!" Ash picked Serena up by the waist and threw her up into his arms.

Serena laughed and said, "Yeah, I don't think so."

Clemont opened the front door to Serena's house and walked in.

"Awe, you guys are so cute." Bonnie turned around to stare at Serena and Ash and smiled at the couple as she followed her brother in.

Ash walked into the house after Bonnie. He ran into the living room and threw Serena onto the couch. He then ran to the back of the house.

"Ash! You didn't have to throw me!"

"Why didn't I?" Ash yelled across the house as he was about to open the back door, to let their Pokemon know they were back.

"Because! You could of hurt me! It's dangerous!" Serena jumped off the couch and walked over to the back of the house to join Ash.

"I would never hurt you-" Ash was interrupted by his Pokemon flying and running through the back door and jumping onto him. First Pikachu, who jumped on his head, knocking his hat's rim down towards his face so he couldn't see. Then Noivern, Talonflame, and Hawlucha, glided into the house and jumped onto him, knocking him down to the tile floor. Then Greninja jumped onto him.

"Can't breath! Can't breath!" Ash yelled, flailing his hands up and down.

He looked over to where Serena was standing and saw her laughing at him.

"Haha very funny." Ash said sarcastically.

Then he noticed Serena stopped laughing, instead she screamed as her Pokemon ran into her. Delphox licking her face, Sylveon wrapping its ribbons around her arms. Pancham didn't react that much, but really he was super happy that Serena was back, but he walked in and pretended that it was no big deal.

"Stop! Stop it! That tickles Delphox!" Serena laughed. Soon she lost her footing and she fell onto the ground next to Ash.

Ash laughed her, loosing his breath as he laughed.

"Yeah, yeah. I know laugh all you want." Serena laughed.

After they reunited with their Pokemon, including Clemont's pokemon, they all had dinner. It was 11:00pm by then, everyone exhausted. Serena wanted to go to bed, but Ash made her stay and eat.

After everyone ate they went to bed, Serena going to bed in her room, Bonnie and Clemont in their room and Ash in his. Once Ash entered his bedroom, he changed into his night wear and went to bed. He yawned and grabbed the covers and laid them on top of him. He laid down on his side and then turned around. He looked at the other bed next to him and closed his eyes.

"Huh?" Ash sat up in his bed and noticed something in the master bed next to him. He slowly got out of his bed and walked over to the bed next to him. He turned on the light next to the door and walked over to the side of the bed. He removed the covers and saw Calem, snoring in the bed, asleep.

Ash almost fell over. He caught his balance and slowly put the covers back over him.

"How in the world did he get here!? Let alone, when!" Ash thoughts pondered. He decided to go tell Serena. He turned the lights back off and tip toed back out of the bedroom, making sure not to wake up Calem.

Once Ash closed the door behind him, he ran up the hall and knocked on Serena's door. Serena opened the door. Her eyes were half open, showing how tired she was and yawned.
She wore a pink nightgown, a pink bow in her hair and the necklace that Ash gaveher still hanging around her neck.

"What is it Ash?" She looked up at him.

"Calem is in the bed next to mine!" He's here!" Ash pointed over towards the bedroom he was sleeping in.

"Wait? What?" Serena asked, still sleepy.

"Just follow me!" Ash took her arm and ran over to his bedroom, dragging her along. He opened the door and switched the lights back on. Serena walked in and saw Calem laying down in the bed next to Ash's.

"When did he get here!?" Serena yelled in a whisper.

"I don't know! I was hoping you knew!" Ash whispered back. "Either way I don't want to sleep with him! Everytime I wake up he throws a pillow at me! I can't help it if Pikachu electrocutes me every time to wake me up!" Ash pointed over to Pikachu, sleeping on the pillow next to where Ash usually sleeps.

Serena sighed and said, "Well, I don't know what to do. I don't what to wake him up, he must of came back from the hospital, who knows how much sleep he needs, coming back from there." Serena looked up at Ash. "I guess you could sleep in my room."

"Uh, okay, I guess that's fine." Ash followed Serena back into her bedroom and took the right side of the bed, while Serena slept on the right.

Serena was looking off the side of the bed while Ash starred at her. He smiled. Maybe Calem came at an unexpected time, but he also came at the right time. Ash took his arm and wrapped it around Serena's waist and pulled her closer to him. He sat up and kissed her on the top of her head and laid back down, his hand still wrapped around her waist.

He felt so warm around her, safe maybe. Or maybe it was just love. He didn't know, he didn't care less. All he cared about was that he was with her, the girl that made him laugh, cry, smile, happy, that's all he cared about.

He smiled and said, "I love you."

Serena, almost half asleep, put her head against Ash's chest and said, "I love you too."

Before they both went to sleep, they both hoped that what Ash and Serena said to each other, was what they meant.
