Until Married

Chapter twenty-six

Now it was time for me to get my wedding planning ready soon because I am going to marry the man of my dreams. Mom and Cherry offer to help me out with the planning because this is not their first time planning a wedding. I knew I will need their help on planning because Lucas is a rich man with connections, and I don't know how many people he wants to invite to our wedding.  I know mom is going to invite so many people to my wedding because everyone has been wondering when it was going to be my time.

We were on our way looking for a venue also Lucas was on his way to check out the place. When I saw the first venue, I fell in love with it instantly. It was so beautiful, and I just knew I wanted to get marry here because it was like royalty had gotten married here. Lucas can tell I fell in love with the place and instantly booked it for me. The lady asks us how many people we are inviting to our wedding. Mom and Cherry were standing waiting for an answer while I say 100 and Lucas says 150. I looked at him asking him where the other fifty people is coming from where he mentions his family and some of his colleagues that will be attending the wedding. 

''Uh oh.'' Cherry says as mom hits her. 

''I didn't know we were going to invite all these people.'' I was surprised when he mentioned 150 people will be attending our wedding. I give up because I understand he wants some of his colleagues here also he wants his family here to celebrate our day. The lady seems happy knowing now we have gotten our guest number situated with 150 people instead of 100 people. 

The lady was asking us what color we will use, and I told her I will have to get back to her about that. This place was providing us with a lot of supplies to help us plan with our wedding and Lucas had to rush back to work while I stay with my mother to see what type of stuff, they provide us with for the wedding. 

I couldn't believe I am getting married when I was only the bridesmaids in almost every wedding I attended. The stuff they were going to give to us are so beautiful and they remind me of royalty, and they look so stunning. We were walking into another room where the smell was not sitting right with me. While the lady is showing us more things, I felt the urge to throw up. I ask for the bathroom where she explained where and I rush there so quickly. Cherry follows me asking me if I was alright while mom was with the lady coordinator.

''Are you ok?'' Cherry asks. 

''I am fine.'' I was rinsing my mouth with water while Cherry asks me if I was feeling like this lately. I told her I have been feeling like this morning and last night and this was all. Cherry asks me if I was pregnant. I couldn't be pregnant because Lucas and I only did it once when we confess our love to one another. 

''Did you have your period?'' 

''No.'' I was starting to think about the timeline until I realize this could be a recent pregnancy because I did not have pregnancy symptoms when we did it twice before I broke it off with Jackson. Cherry couldn't believe that I am going to be a wife and a mother all in one year which is more surprising for me than her. I was hoping the kid part can stay for a little while until we were ready, but I guess I was wrong. 

''I am not going to tell him until I am sure that I am pregnant.'' I said. Cherry agrees that I should find out if I am before I tell him. I set an appointment with my doctor to come in tomorrow to get my answer. We went back to meet up with mom and the lady coordinator to see what other stuff she has for us to use. We told her we will be back tomorrow in the afternoon since I am meeting with my doctor tomorrow morning. I left to go back to Lucas's place because I am staying the night there while Cherry drops off mom to her house so she can go back home to her husband and kids. 

I went to the bathroom locking it to take more than one pregnancy test where they had said, I am positive. I couldn't believe it was sitting right in front of my eyes telling me, I am positive. I hear Lucas walking into the house calling out my name. 

''I am in the bathroom!'' I am shouting. I am hiding all of my pregnancy tests, so he doesn't find them until I ready to show him. I stuffed them all in the drawer throwing a towel over it also Lucas doesn't come into this bathroom. I came downstairs embracing my man and kissing him by asking him how his day at work was. 

He told me that work was hectic because people are getting book ready because it's almost time to get submit them also people are wondering on how will be invited to the wedding. I can tell he was having a hectic day because people are now stressed that their boss is getting married, and they are wondering who will be attending also he needs to start planning some of his absences for our honeymoon. He told me he has the best honeymoon planned out for the both of us which I am going to love. 

''I am so happy.'' I kissed him. 

We were walking to the kitchen to get some water to drink as I stare at him thinking about the news I just got today. I am afraid to tell him, also I am afraid in general.
